This was a family vacation and others choose it because of price and port it was leaving from. The embarkation was smooth and a wheel chair was available for me. But the disembarkation was a fiasco. Just just got back and had an amazing time on the Carnival Dream! We had a great time and would definitely sail on the Dream again We had an interior room on Deck 7- since we are never in our room. Before I start - this sailing was all jacked up before we ever set sail. It was a 10 day itinerary that was changed b/c of the hurricane through the islands weeks before. Not a big deal. However, we were supposed to be a 5 port schedule, which was adjusted to a 4 port schedule prior to sailing. I was surprised at the long lines to check in at the Baltimore pier. Arrived at noon and it took over 2 hours to get on the ship. Lots of people had 12 packs of soda that they were able to carry on for personal use. The luggage did arrive at the room before we sailed. Had an amazing time on this ship. The embarkation was very streamline that as soon as you dropped your bags to get to the room was less than 30 minutes much much better from pass sailings.
