Had been on this cruise 3 years ago. Was satisfied but this year the port stores are limited. Looks like many of the larger retailers have pulled out of the area. The tender ride into the port was good but the return trip was very slow and we had to stay on the tender without any air movement. would not consider this trip again. Mahogany Bay was a clean port and very accommodating.

Getting on the ship was extremely easy as a Platinum Member. The health document was done electronically and the photo was taken off of the Passport. We went right through security and to the VIFP lounge. Soon we were taken upstairs and onto the ship.

Our steward was very attentive and our room and bathroom were very wheel chair accommodating. Our extended balcony was lovely, but it was not accessible for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The ship was nicely decorated for Christmas. This was our first cruise on the Freedom and we immediately loved the decor and the color scheme.
