I am surprised at the really bad comments. We went as a group of 3 middle aged ladies who shared one balcony cabin, we opted for the sofa bed and two single beds. First time we've cruised with Carnival and I think it will be the last. Nice ship but lacking the wow factor. The dining system is crazy - you have to go and book a time 15 minutes before you want dinner. We have cruised with a number of cruise companies, the itinary looked great and a new ship. Last year we sailed on Royal Carribeans then new Anthem of the Seas and had a great time, the appeal was a new modern ship,with a good itinary.

We chose this cruise because of the so called party atmosphere and youngish passengers. this is our 4th cruise having sailed with Royal Carribean, NCL and celebrity.

It was their newest ship. Arrived 3 days before to explore Barcelona, great idea! The terminal was very well organized. Fantastic experience from start to finish. The new ship is great. The skybike, ropes courses, waterslides, etc, etc. are fantastic and the lines were short even on sea days.
