Carnival Bahamas Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

This was a casino offer. They gave me a free balcony for 2. Carlos and Jelina the casino hosts were amazing. The bar staff raymund and Milian and Tasha were very attentive and kind. Our cabin was 8416 balcony. Near elavtor which made it noisy. Cabin steward leave his car out in the hallway near our door in the morning and you would always hear it and people talking to him. Also there's a ...

Swaying to the ocean

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Sensation

Early March may not have been the best time to cruise as the ocean was wavy and many people did not feel well. However, the following issues had nothing to do with the swaying. 1. Ecstasy dining late - was slow and seemed to have no busboys. The food was okay but even underrated for Carnival. The fruit soups were divine. The new almond dessert on the first night was a dud for our entire ...

It was my 65th birthday and we invited cousins/friends to come with us. They were virgin cruisers. This was our 5th cruise and the rockiest ship we have ever been on. Everyone walked like they were drunk for days, bouncing off the walls in the corridors from morning to night. One night was so bad, the set was removed from the stage in the Amber Palace and the performers sat on stools. It has ...

The Caribbean Is Back to All Its Glory!

We took advantage of an offer for half price on our next cruise, due to a mishap with Carnival Splendor in 2017. Fortunately, we got the same type of stateroom that we had on Splendor, corner on the aft, L-shape balcony. We had stateroom 7440, nice, clean room and best of all the balcony! The balcony was so spacious, 2 loungers, 3 chairs and 2 tables. We had a great steward, Conrad. He made ...

Had a great time on Carnival Liberty. Our cruise director Donkey was so much fun.The shows were Fabulous. Our head waiter Joseph and Team waiter Reeves made our dining experience wonderful. The menu that was served each night was over the top! Especially Carnival's Chocolate Melting Cake. The Gold dining room was beautiful! Underwhelmed - poor first impression

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Elation

Carnival Elation – March 1 – March 5, 2018 I was invited to join a wonderful group of girlfriends who have been cruising with Carnival for years. I jumped at the invitation and could not have asked for a better group with whom to spend 4 days. My company was, by far, the highlight of the trip. I certainly was not expecting a luxury experience. But I was expecting FUN. And although we ...

I went with a friend on this way too quick cruise to Nassau. We got a good price on the extended aft balcony cabin so we went. The crew were always friendly: I Made was our room steward and kept our room nice throughout the cruise. We had any time dining in the Golden Olympia so our servers changed nightly. The room is showing a bit of wear but the food was good. We ate in MDR all 3 ...

We went on the short four night cruise to the Bahamas because the Port of Jacksonville is just twenty minutes down the road from us. I've been on eight or nine Carnival cruises before this and one on Royal Caribbean. I have preferred Carnival. Our last cruise was also on the Elation in 2016, but out of New Orleans, going to the Western Caribbean. The Elation has been recently refurbished and ...

So before I write this review, I need to make it clear, I am reviewing this cruise ship for what she truly is, and by that I mean, I am going to review her based on the fact she is nearly 30 years old and much smaller than most modern day cruise liners. The first part of the review will be on Charleston, SC and the embarkation process. I have cruised around 10 times on Carnival and Royal ...

The first thing I noticed is how dated and old the ship looked when I boarded. It was not well maintained or clean either. As we stared walking to our room I was hit with a smell in the hall matching that of vomit and sewer and that smell remained throughout the entire stay. There is a limited amout of stuff to do and the announcer was annoying to listen to everytime he talked. The most ...
