I booked a room with Balcony. After arriving in room it was not clean it had glasses, gum and cigarette butts in room; we did not complain took care of it our self. Then we went to elevator to find our dining room and some of the elevators were not working. In front of elevator were leaks in ceiling what were not repaired the whole trip. This ship needs to be redecorated and revamped. The carpets are old and worn and there is nothing special about the cabins... they are very basic with heavy curtains with stains here and there. Went on the cruise with our daughter and son in law. We had great weather. Serenity pool (over 21) was nice-no kids to annoy us. At Grand Turk there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas to get out of the sun. I liked snorkeling at Grand Turk right off the beach. Short answer is that I would take my family again on this ship with the same crew.
1. Express check-in is a must. Takes you to the front of the line and you are on the boat quickly.

This is our first time cruise and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at Ft. Lauderdale one day before and explored the city a little bit. It is beautiful along the beach area!

Not my first cruise, so I expected of few things to not be perfect. This ship should be retired! We had an extended balcony suite, so size was great, but bathroom was being held together with a poor caulk job. Curtains were torn and overall appearance was worn out. Overall, this was a very nice, short getaway for a birthday celebration. Just me, and my wife, no kiddos.
We came out of Port Canaveral, which I had never sailed from before. We stayed the night ahead at the Radisson Resort at the Port. A very nice hotel for a quick stay. Pool area looked fantastic, but we didn't have time to really enjoy it. Looked very cool though.
