Carnival Bahamas Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

I booked a room with Balcony. After arriving in room it was not clean it had glasses, gum and cigarette butts in room; we did not complain took care of it our self. Then we went to elevator to find our dining room and some of the elevators were not working. In front of elevator were leaks in ceiling what were not repaired the whole trip. Nasty dirty buckets of water in front of the Buffett room. ...

This ship needs to RIP

This ship needs to be redecorated and revamped. The carpets are old and worn and there is nothing special about the cabins... they are very basic with heavy curtains with stains here and there. We were on deck 7 in a balcony which was okay... the best thing being that we were in-between and ocean view and another balcony, so we didn't hear sounds from one side and we could relax most of the ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Pride

My husband and I decided to sail on Carnival Pride because it was a short drive to Baltimore and I had previously sailed on Carnival Pride and was pleased with the service. Cabin: We booked a balcony cabin on deck 7. The cabin was nice and clean. I cannot say enough good things about our room steward Eka. He made sure we had everything we needed and went out of his way to make us feel welcome ...

Went on the cruise with our daughter and son in law. We had great weather. Serenity pool (over 21) was nice-no kids to annoy us. At Grand Turk there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas to get out of the sun. I liked snorkeling at Grand Turk right off the beach. Half Moon Cay was very nice, no problem getting on the tender and didn't feel the need to be the first on the island. Lots of chairs ...

We were looking for a family friendly cruise line for our young family. First and last cruise for young family We took our 5, 3 and 1 year old on the Carnival Freedom 7-day cruise to key west, FLA, Freeport Bahamas and Nassau Bahamas. We did lots of research on shops and were looking for a vacation that would be conducive for our young family. We chose this ship because the Carnival website ...

1st time on a cruise

Short answer is that I would take my family again on this ship with the same crew. 1. Express check-in is a must. Takes you to the front of the line and you are on the boat quickly. 2. I did not meet one Carnival employee who didn't appear to love their job. Always helpful, always asking if you need anything. Internet posts/blogs suggesting most of the workers make very little and rely ...

Great First Time Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

This is our first time cruise and we really enjoyed it. We arrived at Ft. Lauderdale one day before and explored the city a little bit. It is beautiful along the beach area! Embarkation: The embarkation process was very smooth. Disembarkation was a little bit chaotic but we were off the ship by 9 anyway. Really nothing to complain. Cabin: We did a last minute upgrade to a balcony ...

Old ship, not enough staff/crew, don’t book this ship

Not my first cruise, so I expected of few things to not be perfect. This ship should be retired! We had an extended balcony suite, so size was great, but bathroom was being held together with a poor caulk job. Curtains were torn and overall appearance was worn out. Rust stains on ceiling above bed were gross. Ship hasn’t been updated in a very long time. I heard a passenger say it looked retro, I ...

Nice Birthday Getaway

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Liberty

Overall, this was a very nice, short getaway for a birthday celebration. Just me, and my wife, no kiddos. We came out of Port Canaveral, which I had never sailed from before. We stayed the night ahead at the Radisson Resort at the Port. A very nice hotel for a quick stay. Pool area looked fantastic, but we didn't have time to really enjoy it. Looked very cool though. QUICK TIP: When ...

I chose this cruise because it was the close enough for us to drive to Charleston from Ohio avoiding additional costs of airfare. I normally do not cruise in the summer- but I took my aunt on her first cruise and she is a teacher. I cruised with my mother, her two sisters and my uncle. We had two oceanview cabins. I am in my late 40's and they are all in their late 60's early 70's. ...
