I took a chance and booked the Interior Guarantee. It was more than a $1,000 difference between that and an outside. I was upgraded to the Large Interior Stateroom. The room itself was quite large, for this class of ship. The room was near the front of the ship and I was nervous but I did not feel any movement. The only issue I had was that there was a man in the room directly behind me that snored really loud, so loud it would keep me up at night!! I moved the bed away from the wall and that helped a bit but not enough, I wound up using ear plugs so I could sleep.  Read entire member review.
On a few nights, there were loud noises (washing machine or ship propulsion system type sounds) that would keep light sleeper awake.  Read entire member review.
Great Cruise by shay1

Room was clean and quite. We had the best Room Steward Willey Fernandez, he was always so friendly and always accomadating, he took very good care of us. Hope you are lucky enough to have him as a Room Steward. As Diamond Level we were given Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner. If you are not remember to bring your own, since they did the refurbishment they did not install shampoo/body wash dispensers in the shower. Shower is little remember to bring clips to put on bottom of shower curtin :)

Cabin 3069 - large interior, mid-ship. Good location for an interior room. Good firm bed, hard pillows. Old TV but works. Small bathroom of course. Standard amenities. Good closet space. Tricky safe (sometimes it had a mind of it's own).  Read entire member review.
Cabin was good considering 3 adults were in it. We never really care as we are only there to sleep and change. We love the inside cabins as there are pitch black at night and that combined with the comfortable beds and ship movement make for the best sleep I get all year! Cabin #3107.  Read entire member review.
VOS Overall Good Cruise by medicman1111

We opted for a large interior cabin this trip and we were very satisfied. This cabin was larger than some of the balcony cabins we have sailed in. Very roomy. Spotlessly clean. Cabin steward introduced himself and did an outstanding job throughout our time on board. Very friendly and helpful.

Big bed, great size, quiet location.  Read entire member review.

Cabin was OK, we booked a different cabin specifically for the diagram on the RCCL website shown it as allowing four people with pull down beds. When we called RCCL to dd the third person - they said ow no, your cabin will only hold two people, you need to cancel your room and reserve two different rooms.

Great room except it sounded like water was running all the time.  Read entire member review.
We booked an Inside cabin (#4461), midship, Category K, just down the hall from the Champagne Bar. The great thing about the location of this cabin was that it is located in a corridor as opposed to a main hallway. The result is absolute quietness from passersby, though we did hear the occasional footsteps from those above us in the casino. The size of the cabin was much larger than we were expecting, providing ample storage and closet space with a mini couch to sit and lounge without feeling cramped or claustrophobic. Be warned though that there was no mini fridge in this cabin. While not a big deal, it was a surprise. 4555 was great. 7065 was moldy and loud.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was very small, and (as cruisers before us warned), lacked some of the basics one might expect to find during a stay at a land based hotel. It didn't really bother me as much as it might bother some, but expecting guests to bring their own shampoo seems a touch petty of the cruise line. That being said, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and the room appeared adequately soundproofed against outside noise. I found it's location to be unexpectedly less then ideal, as the Vision lacks an aft stairwell, which would have made the ship easier to navigate from stateroom to aft public areas directly above.

Disappointing by grammykjt

Very small, even though it was the "large" interior stateroom. I had to crawl into bed every night from the front of the bed because there was no room between the bed, TV, and vanity.

I miss Carnival! by CruiseChic84

Our stateroom was in a good location (corner room right below the spa). It was nice to be able to go up the little staircase right up to deck 9 instead of having to walk all the way down the hall and back. There was more space in the room than we have had in the past. There is no mini-fridge, no robes, and only soap in the bathroom. We were not allowed to the rooms until 1:00 pm, and even then they didn't let us go until 1:20. We got to the room and our door was open. The steward said he still needed to "sanitize" it, so we put our carry on bags in the closet and then left. The luggage arrived later in the evening, and then we found the previous cruiser's medication in one of the drawers as we unpacked. The steward said he thought it was ours when we returned it to him.

Rm 4319 - no issues with any of it, despite being a bit smaller than similar category on other cruise lines. Missed not having a mini fridge. Wished there was more storage/ shelving (as on Princess or HAL) to unpack clothes, etc. as we were two adults and two kids in the room, which hasn't been an issue for us re: space on other cruise lines. It would be fine for 2 ppl. Beds were comfortable. Note: on deck plan it appears you can access this room via hallway behind elevator giving impression you are closer to the stairs/elevator then in reality...this hallway is not accessible...must go down main hallway, take a turn then backtrack back up to room. not an issue for us, and we enjoyed having the quiet of this location.

We had the large interior on deck 4 and it was very convenient to go to the atrium and to the main dining rooms. As far as space inside the room, there was a good amount. There was even a small couch. The only bad part was i felt there could be more drawer space. Bathroom had some small units for toiletries. Our room attendant was very good. Room was always cleaned and towels replaced when needed. There was no mini fridge but because we needed to have milk overnight, I asked for an ice bucket the first night and our room attendant always replenished the bucket with ice.

Lacking Vision by carpecruising
Small/tiny old TV. No minibar. Clean. Soap very basic, like Motel 6, with a cruise one still expects a higher standard.  Read entire member review.
