Very noisy as the pool deck is directly above this cabin. After two sleepless nights we had to move to a cabin further back on the same deck. They are well aware of the noise issues on this deck. It is very bad that you are asked to pay a premium for a suite which turns out to be in possibly the worst area of the ship. Read entire member review. |

This cabin is designed for disable access. You can turn a wheelchair with plenty of area. The bathroom has railings and a seat in the shower. There is no bath. There is so many draws and storage areas. We took plenty of clothes and we only filled half the storage space. The balcony is very large. On the floor plan this cabin is about 1/3 bigger than the regular Junior Suite. It was very clean and well maintained. I did have a look at cabin 8042 which is a disable access cabin and the layout is a little different. It seems as though it has a little more space. I hope to be able to download some photos of this cabin. Cabin no. 8050 Read entire member review. |

A little banged up, some noise from the crew pantry across the hall. Also some noise from crew parties in the wee hours Read entire member review. |

Good space. Lots of walking room. The balcony had an actual wall on one side instead of a clear divider, very nice for extra privacy and sound blockage. Not a walk-in closet, but enough to fit all our clothes. The paintings are out-dated and need replacing. The balcony was spacious and perfect for 2 people. Occasional noise from windjammer above, but never too loud. The staff door was directly across the room, but very quiet. In choppy seas, the cabin location makes the seas a little more than choppy. 3 phones in the room. The outlet in the bathroom seemed underpowered and did not work with the hairdryer provided. It would charge phones though. 1 outlet in the room near the vanity, worked great. Read entire member review. |

Cabin 8546 is a junior suit. Nicely maintained and well laid out. Bathroom is a good size and beds were very comfortable. As it is close to the Centrum, there is a little noise from the band playing 4 floors below but this was not too intrusive. Although you hear a bit of noise from furniture being shifted around on the pooldeck upstairs when you are on the balcony, the noise couldn't be heard in the room when the balcony doors were shut. All in all, we were pleased with the cabin. As the cabin is in the centre of the ship, it was less prone to rocking when the sea was up than cabins at the extremities. The robes that were provided, the tea and coffee making facilities, the pillows and other amenities were very good. Read entire member review. |

Cabin 8550: Huge handicapped cabin, with a large balcony. The balcony has no overhang above it, which is a plus. There is no cabin across the hall, also a plus. Read entire member review. |

Wheelchair accessible room with a roll-in shower. Bathroom plenty big for the chair to get completely around. Grab rails around the toilet and shower. Shower had a fold up seat installed and we were provided with a portable stool as well. Balcony lip is about 3" but plenty big for the chair once out on it. Glass wall on the balcony allows you to see the water and shore lines easily. Plenty of room on either side of the bed for the chair but we did have to move the coffee table out of the way. Since the room was close to the elevators, cleaning and room service carts were not in the way unless we had to go down the hallways to get to the dining room (using the hallway on the 8th floor to the forward elevators is better than going to the 4th floor and negotiating the hallways). Our Suite was cabin # 8558 about mid ship. Very spacious, not ultra modern but I wasn't expecting that. it was well appointed and very clean and not worn in anyway (I believe the ship had recently been refurbished). The bathroom was a very good size and it was a proper size bath. We had plenty of cupboard and drawer space. The balcony was private and the living space plenty for us. Overall we were very happy with the Junior Suite and feel we got value for our money. Read entire member review. |

Standard junior suite with plenty of storage and a bathtub. Solid barrier on one side (toward the rear) of balcony giving slightly more privacy as the usual dividers do not go all the way to the rail. Read entire member review. |

Junior Suite 8582 - Very comfortable and quite - great refurbishment and very good bathroom for the size.
Great bed and the iPad is great for staying in touch whilst at sea, along with the minibar restocked daily. Read entire member review. |

8588 Junior Suite Corner Aft very cool! The room was a lot larger than I anticipated. Bed was made up as a double which our cabin steward quickly rectified. A sitting area separated by a curtain if you wish, with a 3 seater lounge, 2 chairs and a coffee table. Tea/coffee making facilities an added bonus! Tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets provided. Fridge with mini-bar (no not complimentary LOL) Safe was small and did not fit netbook but sufficient to keep money/passports/jewellery locked away. Heaps of storage space...heaps! Hairdryer, although I took my own US 110V one. Flatscreen TV, loads of channels including kids channels. Large bathroom with the shower over a bathtub, with bathrobes and shampoos/conditioners/vanity kit/body lotion. Large wrap around balcony complete with 2 chairs and a table as well as 2 sun loungers! Two European and two US powerpoints at the desk. I could be wrong but I believe the power in both was 110v. No drama with a powerboard being used.
Large oceanview cabin 2638. Last cabin almost aft on Deck 2. Did the job for my son and his girlfriend LOL No flatscreen TV!

Excessive Vibration in some Junior Suites. Deck 8 towards back of ship. Otherwise, the Junior Suites are very spacy and comfortable with a bathtub in the bathroom. Read entire member review. |

Our state room (a junior suite) was 8564. This was a surprisingly large and comfortable room. While others looked for public places to relax and read, we were quite comfortable in our room with beautiful views. The bathroom and balcony were also surprisingly roomy. The room did not reflect a modern style. Though the bleached wood furnishings and ugly painting were not impressive, the room was VERY clean and comfortable. Friends of ours had a suite as well (7564), but it was much smaller.
When we first saw the balcony we thought we were going to have coffee on the balcony every morning. But, it was very cold out there. Most of our trip was cloudy and the temp never got about 60. With the wind from the ship it was just too nippy to spend more than a couple of minutes on the balcony. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was very noisy from the atrium entertainment until at least midnight. We were so tired; however, we were able to fall asleep even in the noise. We had a great view. Our cabin was on the 7th floor. Read entire member review. |

8080 - Lovely Junior Suite aft. However there were creaks on a rough night. Stateroom possibly too far from elevators for elderly or infirm passengers. Read entire member review. |

great location on deck 8, lots of closet and drawer space, bathroom small, 2 single beds (king-sized once pushed together) very comfortable, air conditioning worked very effectively and easy to regulate.even though we paid extra for a junior suite which sleeps four, my daughter had to sleep on the floor as the pull-out bed couch was too old and sagging for both my kids to sleep on!
