Good sized for a "junior" suite. Walk in closet and a bath tub which are great bonus items. The deck on the stern of the ship was SPECTACULAR in size. The only problem with the balcony deck was that it did tend to collect soot on the sea day from the diesel engines.  Read entire member review.

Grandeur 7150 is a fabulous cabin. Quiet, out of the way, corner, aft balcony. Walk in closet, larger than a normal JS, huge balcony. I strongly recommend!  Read entire member review.

The room itself was great! Loved the aft location and the very large (10') balcony. We had 6 adults on the balcony for sail away, and it was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us.  Read entire member review.

good quiet location away from crew cupboards. there is an overhang from deck 9 but its great as it keeps rain off and doesnt block light. No noise from deck above. bed faces aft  Read entire member review.

We ended up getting a cabin in a location pretty centrally located to everything we wanted do.  The only downfall to being on deck 8 is that most of the action is on deck 9, like the running track, the pool, and you can sometimes hear deck chairs being slid around.  Our Stateroom Attendant, Amelia, did a great job when we gave her a chance to.  Read entire member review.

It seemed like the shower had a bit of a problem keeping a constant temperature, but otherwise the bathroom was good. The location was one of the best parts of the cabin. Being right next to the stairs, we could get anywhere on the ship in just a matter of seconds, with the pool deck being just one deck up. In regards to this, we could hear some clomping and very light music from upstairs every so often, but normally not at night, and certainly not enough to be a bother.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 8050 was in a great, quiet location. The closet was small for a Junior Suite, but there are lots of hiding places to put clothing, etc. The bathtub was nice to have, though we didn't use it, but it made for more room in the shower.  Read entire member review.

Stateroom: We had a Junior Suite an deck 8 (8074) which was great. Our Teen slept on the fold out couch and there was good closet space. A ton of storage spaces & mirrors. The balcony was very nice as well. I bought Air freshener so I didn't experience any smell. Louis did a great job with turn down service & Towel animals. The only bad thing was the shower...it sprayed in all different directions and always drained onto the floor. It was a hand held shower head that never would stand still. Aside from that...it was good.

Great location! The balcony is huge, with plenty of room for the 2 lounge chairs, the table and 2 sitting chairs, as well as room to walk around. This Suite is under the Spa, so no noise ever. Occasionally we had some soot from the smoke stack, but nothing to be at all concerned with. What a delight it was to watch the ocean as we sailed along.  Read entire member review.

Larger balcony and a great location at the aft of the ship; not good if you're susceptible to motion sickness as there was lots of rocking; also a long walk back to aft stairway, so not good if you don't like a lot of walking!  Read entire member review.

Cabin was clean and roomy. Nice balcony (8084 is larger!) No smell inside or out. Good choice!  Read entire member review.

We had Cabin 8088. We booked 18 months out to get an Aft JS looking right down the wake. This JS has a triple size balcony that accomodated 2 chairs, table, and 2 pool lounge chairs. We still had plenty of walking around room as well. Our group had all 4 across on Deck 8.  Read entire member review.

We absolutely loved our cabin - 8088. It is a Junior Suite in the rear of the ship. The balcony was very large, and because it is below the Day Spa, it is very quiet at night. The views were awesome from the balcony. We liked it so much we booked a JS off the back of the boat for the Radiance in Dec 2010!  Read entire member review.

Large stateroom, lots of storage. Just below pool deck, too many noisy parties above us.

Great roomy cabin and bathroom but beware the toilet easily blocks! The balcony's a good size too.  Read entire member review.

We were on deck 8, right below the pool deck. The location was good, close to the Centrum. In addition, it was easy to get up to the Windjammer. However, the night of Dancing Under the Stars, it was a bit loud since you are under the pool deck. I probably would go with the same location but Deck 7.  Read entire member review.

Now I Know Why by W8ingNxtCrz
The junior suite was very spacious and comfortable. Having been in junior suites on previous cruises, but never on Grandeur, I was surprised that there was no walk-in closet on this ship. However, there was an incredible amount of storage space including a small closet near the door with shelves. The balcony was quite large and comfortable. My only concern here was that both balcony's alongside mine had "smokers" on board which took away some balcony time for me as I would quickly retreat to my room whenever this happened. That is why a lot of my future bookings are now on Celebrity. In summary, Royal Caribbean continues to provide an outstanding cruise vacation experience.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 8534 Deck 8 Excellent location right in the middle no movement for people effected by the sea Room - Twin/double bed, double sofa bed which your attendant puts out each night and away each morning. Flat screen TV, several English channels including info about the cruise such as tours of the kitchen which are spotless and last nights Palladium entertainment. Two Movie channels showing new videos and TCM and news etc. Fridge, hairdryer, tissues toiletries, bath with shower over. Large Wardrobe and plenty of drawers and a free electronic safe. Vanity unit, coffee table two chairs and table and chairs on balcony.Plenty of mirrors which make it seem big.  Read entire member review.

Generous sized cabin with a sizeable balcony. Adequate storage space but short of electric sockets. It was kept clean and tidy by the attendant who was very pleasant - my wife was a bit 'under the weather' on the first couple of days and she took time to ask after her on several occasions after that. There was some noise from the deck above but it wasn't too intrusive and didn't interfere with sleeping.  Read entire member review.

Handicapped cabin - very large. A little tight getting out on the balcony but the balcony was fairly large. Roll-in shower, roll-under sink good. The cabin door was VERY hard to open. I wrote in the comment card that they need to install an automatic door opener like they have on newer ships.

Great Junior Suite located right off the elevators on the 8th floor on the port side.  I was concerned that the location would be noisy but I hardly heard any loud noises in the hallway.  The balcony also had room for 4 chairs and a table.  We chose this location since it is close to where we spend most of our time either in the fitness center or the pool deck which are both on deck 9.      Read entire member review.

The stateroom featured the standard amenities that a junior suite has. Be aware there is a pole in this cabin at the foot of the bed on the right side. It wasn't really in the way, but some people might be bothered by it. Other says "pole" cabins are slightly larger, but I don't know if this is true. Cabin 8544 is right by the stairs and very close to the Centrum elevators, but there wasn't much noise. Even when they were having parties down on the main deck, the noise did not travel into our room so I think it's an ideal location and very close and convenient for dining and the Schooner Bar.
My only complaint is that throughout the night we kept hearing a flushing noise. It wasn't enough to wake me up, but if I was awake already I found it hard to fall back to sleep. I believe we were under the gym, which makes no sense as to why there would be activity above, but maybe it was something with the pool system. For this reason I would not stay in this cabin again, but I did really enjoy our cruise and it didn't ruin anything for me... I'd just seek out a different cabin next time.

Cabin 8548 - Junior Suite. For two adults and a child there was adequate hanging and storage. The balcony was great and it was a nice quiet room.  Read entire member review.

Great location. Some noise from Solarium above. No walk in closet. Fabric shower curtain in tub. Lots of space inside room. Not enough space to dry towels for 4 people.  Read entire member review.

Pole at the foot of bed but did not get in the way. Under the Solarium automatic door so you hear a low rumble when it opens. Was not loud enough to bother us but could affect a light sleeper. Plenty of storage space. Connecting room but we never heard anything from the neighbors.

Large cabin, nice size bathroom (with tub) and more storage space than we could use. TV was very small, but then we didn't go on a cruise to watch TV. 'frige stocked with soda, if you wanted it. Somehow we had an electric kettle in the room. As a tea drinker, I loved the hot cup of tea whenever I wanted it. End of the ship JS meant that the balcony was twice the regular size = "patio". Above the South Pacific Lounge, but very quiet and peaceful. Nothing like sitting outside at night and watching the water churning behind the ship before going in and being rocked to sleep in bed. This room is worth the extra money spent. Four people could easily share it (queen size sleeper sofa and more than enough storage).  Read entire member review.

The Junior Suite is a nice size. It was well-maintained and has ample closet and drawer space.

We had two cabins on this cruise. We began in a Junior Suite - more than ample closet space, clean and well maintained, and the bathtub is a real plus. During the cruise we were upgraded to an Owner's Suite - more than enough space for everything, large beautiful bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi and shower. Great balcony with lots of room. Two televisions, coffer maker, kettle, wine glasses etc....huge closets. Beautiful room....  Read entire member review.
