Very small but workable for two people. Couch would open for three people but I feel it would be very difficult to manage with a third person and luggage in that small place. The bed was located in the middle of the wall under the window. This is the only feasible location but it made it difficult to get in and out of bed. It would have felt much safer in the middle of the night to have some kind of a rail on the wall by the bed. There was a molding on the wall when I stood up and I used that to find my way along the wall. We were able to store some luggage under the bed but it was too low for one of the suitcases to fit. The bathroom was adequate. The shower curtain was too short and they ended up replacing it - once they did that it stopped so much water leaking out from the shower.
