D105 and D101 combine to form a family suite. In reality these rooms are just a mini suite and an inside cabin attached together with a door separating the two spaces. You can choose to leave the door open to allow free flow between the two rooms or lock it for privacy. The full suite features are nice but probably not worth the cost. This room is located in the front of the ship and is a poor choice for those prone to sea sickness as you will definitely feel the boat moving in all but the calm seas. On many nights we would notice virtually no movement in the ship until we returned to our cabin. The other problem with the room is that the balcony has no wind guard to protect you. It is like standing at the bow of the ship. When the ship is moving the balcony is often unusable due to the wind. When there is no natural wind, just the movement of the boat, it is OK but add some wind an look out!
