Food was greatly improved from our experience on the Star a few years ago. The service had gone down hill considerably. Read entire member review. |

737 - we heard chairs being moved above us early in the AM and late at night. Great location though
721 - quieter but last on steward list so if it gets cleaned it won't be till noon or later Read entire member review. |

Princess has the nerve to call our cabin a mini-suite. It's a 10x20 room with two twins pushed together, which is OK, but they have fold away beds mounted on the sidewalls which extended out about 12" leaving us about 6" from the edge of our bed to stand up. Needless to say we had to walk sideways just to clear this massive obstruction.
One day our toilet wouldn't even flush with nothing clogging it and it took them three hours to fix it! Very understaffed!
We did appreciate our room steward NOT taking time to make towel animals! Yes, they are very cute but very time consuming since they have an oversupply of cabins to clean everyday.
Can't imagine having four people in a cabin this small. Read entire member review. |

We booked an inside cabin (Lido 220). The first three nights were miserable. The pool in the front of the ship is adjacent to the cabin and they were repeatedly filling/emptying the pool or something that made horrific pipe noises all night. We discussed with the front desk numerous times however they were essentially non caring. We did receive a letter from Terrence Rossouw (Customer Relations Manager) stating they will contact us if an "alternative stateroom becomes available". Of course there were empty cabins and continued to get the usual passive aggressive response from the front desk. After the third night, the pipe noises abated, however there is a current generator on the front pool. When you push the button, it generates a current you swim against. Of course, that is open 12 hours a day and again much noise and vibration in the room from this. Read entire member review. |

Small, but perfectly formed, inside state room. Who wants to spend time in their room when there is so much to do on the ship anyway!?! Read entire member review. |

There are no doors on the closet and people really CAN see every little thing you have hanging while the steward works on your room. Beware and hang selectively Read entire member review. |
