Balcony, reasonable size, for which we were pleased to be able to spend some time on our own, without having to queue for a seat. Due to the closeness to the next balcony one heard all the conversations being carried on.Actual cabin not a great deal of drawer space; had we been going on a long cruise there would not have been sufficient drawer space for clothes. Liked the open Wardrobe. Fridge good, but not necessary; Bathroom tiny; good job we are only slim.!!!!!!!!!!!!
Duvets not very big, kept losing them in the night(.would have liked my one fresia replaced) Lighting over dressing table too high up. Had to use the Bathroom to do my make up. Read entire member review. |

Cabin was well proportioned with plenty of room for 2 people, the balcony was used daily to just sit and watch the scenery go by,even if it was raining the balcony was sheltered and we could sit outside.
Hensley our steward kept the cabin spotless.
This cabin is located quite close to the front of the ship and whenever we were in the cabin it was quiet.

Brilliant use of area. Mirrors ensured light and illusion of space. Bathroom more than adequate. Lots of hanging and shelf space. Safe was very sensible. Corner unit ideal for TV tea facilities and very useful fridge. Decor could not be bettered. Read entire member review. |

Please read main review. The C-cabins - midship - were great - quiet, spacious balconies and very little ship noise or movement. The B-cabins at the rear had slightly smaller balconies, and one of those had a partial obstruction, but still plenty of space. The B-cabins suffered from some engine noise and vibration although we didn't notice it after the first night. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was more like a hotel room than a ship's cabin and all the cabins on C deck enjoy a double width balcony that was absolutely great on sea days as you could have both sun and a little shade too if you wished. There was absolutely no noise, very well soundproofed, our cabin steward could not have looked after us any better (we loved the chocs on our pillow each night and the towel creations he made for us, an elephant, a dog (complete with a Beware of the Dog sign!) and a hanging orang-utan, so very clever and most enjoyable. Bathroom very small with an unhygenic curtain rather than fixed doors. The provision of tea and coffee and a refrigerator in our cabin was welcome.
P & O's policy of allowing passengers to smoke on their balcony did restrict our use of the balcony. This policy needs amending to reflect the current policy of many other cruise lines.

C701 was almost perfect. towards the Aft of the ship but the first cabin after the mid ships ones. Very quiet location. larger than average balcony. Open wardrobes. Small shower room. Read entire member review. |

C708. Spacious cabin with "half covered, half undercover" balcony area. Ideal for sitting in sun or shade, whatever your preference. Good cabin layout..through the door bathroom to the right with a very large open wardrobe at the side. Much better than wardrobes with doors .. you can see all your hanging items at a glance !
We had bed in Queen configuration which was extremely comfortable with very soft sheets (can only surmise they were very high Egyptian cotton count). Decor stylish with greens and browns with subdued lighting at the balcony window. Nautical prints on the walls added to the ambience. Ample fridge space and cupboard space with very good powerful hairdryer. Fast boil kettle with box of supplies for tea/coffee making. Read entire member review. |
