Kind of small for 4 but very usable Good location on the ship (in the middle of a very large ship) Close to elevators.  Read entire member review.

We booked a balcony and had 4 people in the room (2adults and 2 kids) which was already prepped with bunk beds for us upon arrival. Once again, everything felt fresh and new, which is very important to us. Beds and pillows were awesome. We were able to remove the liquor out of the fridge and put our personal water in the cooler.

Room 6451 is very noisy because of the Vibe being below.  Read entire member review.
our cabin was great it was a balcony on the starboard side on deck eight although it was somewhat small it was still a great room and the room service was great. It was quiet even in the hallways since it was mainly adults.  Read entire member review.
Awesome Vacation!!! by CoachJeffro
Spacious room for a family of four. The boys enjoyed the bunk bed. We could hear our neighbor's but it wasn't distracting. We were just steps from the mid-ship elevator and stairs which proved to be very beneficial.  Read entire member review.

We were in cabin 8289 and thought it was great. We had a private balcony which I wanted in case I didn't want to go to common areas to read while at sea thinking the kids would be too noisy. The cabin was great. I couldn't believe how much storage/closet space Carnival fit in the room. In the bathroom you had 6 glass shelves attached to the mirror for your hygiene items and make-up. They had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom attached to the wall. There is a mini-clothes line in the shower to dry things on. They had a great make-up mirror with lighting in the main part of the cabin. We had three closets in our room, plus 6 drawers, a safe, a refrigerator and extra shelf space. We were not too far forward and between two elevators. Very good location. One thing I had read is to make sure you don't get a room with a connecting door (unless of course you want to). Our room was very quiet.  Read entire member review.
The balcony was small but adequate. Carnival uses doors that slams shut when you let go. You could hear everyones doors around you slam shut at times. Other than the bathroom there was no privacy. Princess cabins have a wall between the closet and bathroom which gives you some privacy from the other part of the room. Other than that the room was good. The bed slept comfortably.  Read entire member review.

Deck 8, in the middle of the ship good location. Closet ok, lots of space, hallway slightly noisy, especially after excursions. Balcony a little small.

The cabin was ok although you could hear the neighbors often. The bed and pillows were horrible. The beds were hard and the pillows too soft.  Read entire member review.

Room 8316, great room. I avoided being near side deck hot tub toward rear of boat but failed to notice we would be 3 floors directly above the forward tub. Thankfully the tubs close at 10 and even better, double pane windows shut out all noise from tub and others on balconies. That is all but slamming doors! We never heard anyone above, below or beside us, not even a toilet flush.
We also had rooms 8312 and 8304 which has a connecting door. AVOID connecting rooms as the doors are as if they were not there for noise.

This room was very nice and had a ton of storage space. I got a chance to see an interior room on this ship and I don't think I could do one of those. I like being able to step out on the balcony and get some fresh air. I spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony and looking out over the water.  Read entire member review.

I'll never get a cabin with an adjoining door again. You can hear too much noise from the neighboring cabin.
Next doors' TV can plainly be heard, and of course it was just our luck the the neighbors had an infant, so we had to listen to a crying baby all hours of the day.

Cabin door is really hard to get through, especially as you try to put you card into the socket to turn on the lights.. The doors don't open quite fully enough to make it easier to get in (not much more than 90 degrees) - all's it would take would be one or two more inches.

Good balcony, even though right above hot tub on deck 5, good location, nothing loud except the hall occasionally with loud guests. Don't like the card in slot for lights. This room is good access to deck 10 with 2 flights of stairs. It is located close to an elevator, or stairs, right between the beach pool and the Lido buffet. It is also the elevator closest to the casino. Works out well for me!

Awesome cruise by thatsmyboat
Room was great. There is enough room in the closet, the romm, and the balcony.  Read entire member review.
Comfortable room layout; small balcony. All-in-all, the accommodations were fine.  Read entire member review.
Not Magical Yet!! by Stevep5553
Great balcony , quiet location. Becareful to avoid any cabins further back on this side and particulary on lower level as an outside barbeque blows lots of smoke and cooking smells back towards the ship. The bbq is on every day you are at sex and its near the red frog pub.  Read entire member review.
great balcony but noisy balcony doors, cabin 8403 is directly over bbq deck being engulfed in bbq smoke, need more selection of movies on television, hallway very noisy, using cabin card to keep lights on is inconvenient.  Read entire member review.

8405 - Great cabin. Not a lot of noise from the decks below or above. Hard bed.  Read entire member review.

Good cabin - quiet location as far as ship noise goes. We had horrible people upstairs that sounded like they were jumping off the furniture & onto the floor. Not Carnival's fault. This cabin is not too far from the aft stairs/elevators, so it's very convenient for going up to Lido for breakfast/lunch. Not crazy about the card slot to keep lights on in cabin, although I understand why they do that. We had an old RCCL card that we had brought for the safe & just kept it in the slot. We were responsible & turned out the lights when leaving the cabin. The safe used a keypad, so it was nice not having to keep up with a card or pass it back & forth when only one of us was going back to the cabin for something. Beds are still too hard for me, but obviously I survived.

close to the elevators, not too noisy. but if you need complete silence at night I wouldn't pick it. you only hear footsteps and voices mostly during dinner time, i was not bothered. very close to lido and the tides pool! enjoyed the room!  Read entire member review.
Cabin was very adequate. I would suggest getting something more in the midship area if you have any problems walking as it is a good hike to the forward portion of the ship. On a positive note it is only steps to the elevator or steps and up to the Lido or down to the main dining room.  Read entire member review.
Great wrap around balcony, but you lose the sitting area of the standard balcony room. Essentially, you have a long hallway (with the three closets) that opens onto the bed area, with the bathroom toward the back of the ship near the door. As mentioned in my review, this ship yaws and shimmies like no other. This phenomenon, which occurs throughout the ship, was more pronounced near the stern where our cabin and dining areas were located. We were also awakened each morning by people sliding deck chairs around the aft pool on Deck 10 above us.  Read entire member review.

This was our 5th cruise but our first time to book a balcony and we weren't disappointed. In fact, we were thrilled with our room! I was a little nervous because I booked the rate that lets Carnival select the room in order to get a cheaper price but my nerves were all for nothing!
Room 9235 is spacious and has a nice layout with a king-size bed, 2 small nightstands, couch, coffee table, a vanity table with storage, 3 closets and a standard bathroom. The room is located in the forward of the ship and I've read that you can feel more ship movement in the front and back of the ship but it didn't bother us at all. We were always so exhausted come bed time that we slept like babies every night! :-) The only negative I could say about the room is that it is an adjoining room and you can easily hear your neighbors on the adjoining side. Other than that, the room was very quiet as there are staterooms above and below you. The best part of the room was the balcony where I loved drinking my morning coffee! They say, once you go balcony, you never go back! LOL. So we've booked an aft-balcony on our next cruise!!!

lido deck 10260 is a great balcony room! Was louder this time than in March when our room was just 3 doors down from this location.

MAGIC ROCKS by Peace at sea
Tons of storage. The ship did very little rocking and the bathrooms seem larger. We did the Cloud 9 Spa upgrade and liked the close proximity to the Cloud 9 Spa with it being only one floor up.  Read entire member review.
Simply Magical by gubby4
Our cabin was a spa cabin. It was extremely quiet, and always clean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything. The only thing our family would do different is probably book two rooms or get a suite. Only because my son is 18, my daughter is 16 and we were just too cramped and not enough room for all of our clothes. We loved our balcony. This helped with the space when someone was getting dressed.  Read entire member review.
Never Again by dbits

Plenty of storage room, no ice service, satisfactory cabin crew service. The balcony was unuable the first few days because it was dirty, but once cleaning was allowed in Freeport, we could go out and enjoy it.

Balcony cabin midship deck 7. Quietest cabin I have ever had on a ship...even the noise from our balcony never, ever got out of hand.  Read entire member review.
Very nice cabin, small (as one would expect on a cruise ship) but with more than enough closet/drawer space. Balcony was nice and offered good views depending on the ship's bearing.  Read entire member review.
Adequate closet space and bathroom facility, great balcony view, quiet floor, very comfortable bed. If traveling with group and wanting to have balconies opened up to each other, note that some cabins do not allow adjoining balconies to be opened to each other. This has to do with the placement of the window and door from stateroom to balcony.  Read entire member review.
