What A Dream by Woody 113
Our cabin had lots of space, cabin it self was very roomy.washroom and shower very good.We were Midship balcony, location was great elevator close to our cabin was pretty easy getting around the ship.  Read entire member review.
We were in 6314. This upper deck room was on the port in the middle/front area of deck six between the bow and mid-ships elevators. It is a good location for getting around the ship, but the room itself had some noise issues. It was near one of the whirlpools on the lanai deck, so that when on your balcony on sea days you got some noise from that area. No noise at night from the whirlpool area. However, as soon as the ship reached international waters and the casino opened for business, we discovered that we could clearly hear the "music" made by the slot machines one deck below. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate the noise at a 2. It was like a low volume radio playing in the next room, it was always there each day the casino was open. We adjusted to it after the first night on-board and it did not become a problem for us, but it might for some light sleepers.  Read entire member review.
Room was adequate as long as your not trying to access the bathroom while your wife is getting ready at the vanity mirror outside the bathroom.  Read entire member review.
This cabin offers mid ship advantage and minimizes walking and waiting for the elevators. Plus very close to casino yet not noisey at all. Good balcony cabin and we have had it twice and will get it again.  Read entire member review.
Mid ship deck six balcony. Ideal location which is near the elevators, quiet and stairway to deck five midship action.  Read entire member review.

Great Room. Great Balcony. Right over the a Hot Tub. You can hear every word they say. They can hear every word you say. Don't book this room unless you are very lonely.  Read entire member review.

Great cabin location, midship. It was perfect. Maybe could have been a little bigger-was tight with 4 people--2 almost being adults. Bathroom was ample-bigger than Disney.  Read entire member review.
Spacious cabin (and we had a crib in there). Good sized balcony. Nice closests but lacking in shelves and drawers. A lot of the storage was on the floor so had to bend over to get it. Bathroom was tight but had a lot of places for stuff. We heard a lot of noise but mostly people running down the hallway, no mechanical noise or anything. Balcony right over the hot tubs on deck 5 so sometimes you could hear the conversations from there. Great steward.  Read entire member review.

Nicely laid out room, one of the best we have had from that perspective. Bathroom a good size and the step in shower with the double faucets was great. The balcony had a normal door to use and I liked that. The balcony had a small table, a standard chair, and one chair that made out into a small lounger - nice. I have one criticism though. There is only ONE (1) electrical outlet to use and with my complement of electronic gear and cameras, simply not enough. Plus, because of where it is, you really need an extension cord, not the small three plug adaptor I carry. Another issue for us was that we were in a room 2 floors about the smoking section on deck. Not good ... we had smoke smells on our floor and of course in our room and the balcony was uncomfortable at some times of the day.

Cabin #7381 - Standard balcony on Empress Deck, Category 8C on the Starboard side near the aft stairs and elevators. Overlooks the Lanai which is two decks below. People can see up to the balcony and it blocks the view straight down to the ocean or dock. The cabin had a distinct odor of rotten eggs and the smell of food cooking was very prominent. Otherwise, the cabin was quiet, we never heard the guests on either side of the cabin and because we were sandwiched between two other passenger decks, the only public space noise was from the Lanai, which was minimal. Good storage spaces although the room is a bit smaller than other ships. The bathroom appears to be the same size and set-up as previous bathrooms including the shower curtain that does not hold water in but the shower pressure and water temperature was great!  Read entire member review.
Great balcony, great couch. Very quiet. No rocking.  Read entire member review.
7386- great proximity to the Scarlet dining room.  Read entire member review.

Cabin was fine, clean, ample closet space, but tiny balcony. Overall, about what expected.

More spacious than I thought, the adjoining door does let noise through. My sisters had no noise problems in the same class room. My parents and grandparents had no noise problems in their Suites.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 8237 was far enough down hall to not hear alot of noise by elevator yet close enough to elevators and stairs great when needing to get back to the cabin in a hurry. View is great no obstructions of any kind the lanai is a couple of decks down. All in all very quiet location and size was normal and comfortable.  Read entire member review.

Great location near elevators but no noise at all. Balcony Cabin was fantastic!

Nice View - hallway is a bit noisy. Bathroom needs a better magnifying mirror. Typical Carnival Cabin - good value. I recommend that Carnival put signage in all balcony cabins to shut off the balcony lights when not in use.  Read entire member review.
Best Cruise Yet by sunnydd
Beautiful cabin with nice sitting area. It is right off the stairs / elevators but behind a petition so you don't hear any noise from that. It is however slightly above the outdoor chess board, so overzealous players can get a little noisy.  Read entire member review.
Great balcony. Pleanty of storage. Nice and roomy bathroom.  Read entire member review.

Quiet deck, you have Vista above to shield you from Lido.

You can hear the engine but the sites are great. Plus it's only one flood down from the Lido deck. Pefert opportunity to get to the food.  Read entire member review.
AC issues for 3 days. Small balcony cabin, typical size of other of the more inexpensive balcony rooms.  Read entire member review.
Great balcony, incredible views, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, nice linens. Little noise when the deck chairs were being moved below but I just turned up the sound machine that I brought with me.  Read entire member review.
Plenty of closet space. Lots of shelves in bathroom. Great view but hallway was too noisy. Bedding comfortable.  Read entire member review.
Our balcony cabin was nice and roomy. I don't think, however, I'd pay extra for a balcony again. We didn't use it that much. Also, it gets really annoying when the people around you can't pick up their chairs to move them. YOu hear constant scooting that is a pain if you are trying to sleep in.  Read entire member review.
Our cabin # 8443 was a wonderfully spacious room that I would love to have again! It had a nice balcony which we loved! It was located very very near the elevator which made walking nice and we had no complaints.  Read entire member review.
Average size cabin wit more than adequate storage space, Nice bathroom. Balcony a little narrow and high railing made it difficult to see over when sitting.  Read entire member review.
Cabin fever by seabird33
Cabin 8469 catagory 8C small corner balcony cabin door..opened on to bed and would only open part way. Did not have a chair to set down and no sofa. This cabin has an unusual configuration and you would have to see it to believe it. They should not be chargeing 8C catagory prices for this one.  Read entire member review.

We had cabin 8469 which has the long bowling alley like balcony. We spent a lot of time out there and really enjoyed the views.

8472- We did have a minor glitch. We were greeted with industrial sized fan awaiting us in our extended balcony aft cabin. It turns out there was a water leak affecting ~2 feet of carpet right when you entered the room. The room steward was extremely good with it. He arranged to have the carpet cleaned when we were at port one day. We were offered to move to another balcony but we declined it due to the other location (off lido deck right by an elevator). We were compensated 30% room difference up until the offer (for total of 2 days). According to the purser's desk that is the most they could do on the ship & suggested that I contact guest services when we arrived home (which I did). Aside from the water leak. We did enjoy the extra space in the cabin itself. The balcony was a bit bigger. There were 2 chairs & a deck lounger.  Read entire member review.

Carnival Dream by lshaffer

the cabin was located near the stairs / elevator which we felt was a great location. One thing that I really liked in all the cruises we have done regulating the water temperature in the shower was the easier than my home shower. The cabin had plenty of closet space and hangers. The room safe was easy to operate.

Great balcony, sometimes could hear others in cabins around us. Ample closet space. Shelves in bathroom held everything we brought. close to elevator, but never an issue with noise.  Read entire member review.

I prefer the Lido deck, as it is close to the pools and buffet without taking an elevator. Traveling with my wife, daughter and granddaughter made this very convenient. I did not experience excessive noise, but there were over 200 under 12 aged kids on board, so dead silence was not expected. Laundry is on the port side, just a few steps from our #10240 and #10236 cabins. Our balcony staterooms were adjoining, and we enjoyed the expanded balcony space that arrangement provided, once the partition is folded back. Cabins are quite spacious, with carpeted floors, comfortable bathroom and tons of storage. As my granddaughter observed, "it's like our own little appartment."

Cabin 11209. In the front of the ship. Service was excellent. We had high winds 2 nights of sailing down to St. Thomas and the ship hit hard a couple of times. Balcony cabin and excellent. I like the special elevator for the SPA rooms to go up and down and up to the adults only deck, too. Quiet.  Read entire member review.

What a Dream.... by FayFlounder
Great size room for the 3 of us - adequate storage. Bathroom was small, but sufficient. Balcony is the BEST!  Read entire member review.
We were in a balcony room on the 8th floor, about 3 doors from the elevator, was a little noisy at times, and the main thing was hearing the balcony doors shut throughout the night. These doors didnt slide open, they opened and shut. That is my main complaint about the room. The room itself was fine, and about the same space as all the others we have stayed in. Always clean. They give you about 3 closets, and about 4 drawers for your clothes. So plenty of room there.  Read entire member review.
Great cabin near the elevators. Comfortable bed, loved the down comforter. Nice roomy balcony. Nice flat screen tv. The mini bar (refrigerator)had to be unlocked, and the cabin steward was unable to stock it with Sprite Zero. Roomy closet, and nice gifts in the bathroom.  Read entire member review.
Really Was A Dream by NWFLCruiselover

Love balcony staterooms and like being on the port side - forward. Room was clean. The only thing was that the safe didn't work properly. The safes use a four digit number and it wouldn't lock. I reported it to the steward, told them not to worry about it for my cruise but wanted them to know before the next cruise for the room occupants.

Christmas Dream by cotton belle
Great views from balcony, plenty of room especially for the time spent there.  Read entire member review.
Our Deck 7 balcony cabin was located toward the center of ship. Layout and room was great, although cabin country artwork didn't go with the theme. Our room was for 2 adults and our 14 year old daughter. The sofa in our balcony cabin was the sleeping accommodation they set for our daughter. This wasn't a bed, but an extremely firm (hard as rock) vinyl sofa with a sheet thrown over it. My husband couldn't even sleep on it. Needless to say, our daughter had to sleep with us the entire trip.  Read entire member review.
