Cloud 9 Spa Interior Cabins 31 Reviews
Inside stateroom with twin beds that convert to a king. Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films. Our ships all feature staterooms above ocean level for a more comfortable cruise.

Cabin Rating

We had cabin 11-207, a handicap assessable interior Cloud 9 Spa cabin. We were able to book this cabin because it was the last one in this category. We would have been bumped up to a higher category spa cabin if someone needed it. The room was spacious but it was lacking in storage space. Other cruises we have been on, there is always a place to stick all of our things. Remember, I only packed 1 suitcase and 1 carry on this time around... and we still had issues unpacking all our stuff.

This category came with a 'free' week long spa pass for the two of us. Booking this cabin got us a $50 discount off buying a week pass and got us a cabin all the way up on deck 11. I was worried about the cabin being all the way forward on a high deck, but the movement was not bad at all! The placement of the cabin is right next to the door that leads to the back entrance of the gym/spa. The location was extremely convenient for the spa, not to far to the Atrium elevators, and across the ship from the buffet areas. One inconvenience we had was on port days. Most mornings we lugged our daily excursion bag with us to breakfast, so we could go straight down to get off the ship and not backtrack to the cabin. Otherwise, I felt like the location was good enough for getting around day to day.

For an interior room it was pretty good, but I wonder what a non handicap room is like... I don't know if it is a lot smaller.

My cabin was great. It was large, great facilities, our cabin steward was amazing.  Read entire member review.

11211 was a good room. The attendant was great, probally the highlight of the trip.  Read entire member review.
Poorly located beneath the gym treadmills which caused too much pounding noise. Balcony was not immune from smoke from other decks below.  Read entire member review.
Love the Itinerary by SyrRealtor
Very spacious room with great storage (3 closets and desk with 4 drawers) and big bathroom (lots of counter space & shelves). No noise from adjoining cabins and quiet hallway. Staircase/elevator to the spa & Serenity Deck was right around the corner to the front of the ship; main elevators just down the hall the other direction; EZ walk to the Lido. Loved the location of this room. Small fridge in the room was stocked with beverages when we arrived but we cleared it out and used it for our own beverages.  Read entire member review.
Fine Time on Dream by KevinRed
Room was fine. Mostly quiet. Some nightly noise from above (chairs being moved). Inside room but well located to get around the ship easily.  Read entire member review.

Great cabin, close to elevators, little traffic, and easy access to spa areas

Forward Spa Cabin 11231 on 11th deck was very noisy during rough seas. Cabin shook and banging noises from waves hitting ship were horrible. During calm seas the cabin was great. Being that it is located very high and forward it was very quiet and not much foot traffic. Also very close to Spa and Gym.  Read entire member review.
Great location, well worth the extra money for the spa access, very quiet and relaxing.  Read entire member review.
The cabin was nice. It was spacious. The bathroom is a good design. we were a few doors down from the aft elevators and stairwells. It was failry quit and uneventful. Room was worth the cost of upgrade. We were less than 100ft from stairs that led to Spa 9 spa on deck 12. I like this deck as we were close to spa, lid deck and camp carnaval. We sslept three very comfortably  Read entire member review.

Typical inside cabin with a little more décor added. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice perks come with the spa cabins, most notably the unlimited use of the thalasso pool and steam rooms. There is a private elevator to the spa if you are on the 11th deck (spa is on 12). Because it's so far forward, there is quite a bit of movement up there.

The cabin was nice. Needs updated some. Comes with spa access so its a plus. Too close to the front of the boat so you feel alot of movement.  Read entire member review.
Even though it's a spa room, it's pretty much like every other inside cabin. The spa rooms were quiet though and it was close to main elevators, close to serenity, close to the lido deck. Just an awesome location....HIGHLY recommend this cabin.  Read entire member review.
Small room. Great location. Decent closet/storage space. Loved the spa category!  Read entire member review.
Very quiet for the most part. Few noises from above in the Spa, nothing major. Relaxing feel, no cigarette smoke. Hallway never crowded, and always quiet. Would always get a Spa room on the Dream!  Read entire member review.
First Time Cruisers by purpleblanket
This was a great balcony location on deck 11 above and under other staterooms. Also the bed faces forward so you are facing forward as you travel if that matters to you!  Read entire member review.
11243 Perfect location; close to stairs and elevators but not too close to be annoyed and just inside of hall so no long trek down a narrow hall. Beautiful private balcony, nice shower, comes with robe, slippers and the oh-so-nice spa access a floor above. No noise from the gym on 12. You might want to go 11244 since it is on Port Side but in my opinion this was the quieter way to go, if you want to check out the port you can always walk over to port, and this is also further away from the port gym.  Read entire member review.
Great balcony, quiet room even in very rough water conditions, lots of room for whatever you need.  Read entire member review.
We were in an interior Spa cabin and it was too small for my little family of 3. My uncle had an inside room on deck 1 that was much bigger and nicer than mine. I wish the person that booked my cabin would have talked to me about this because I could have gotten the spa pass separately and enjoyed more space.  Read entire member review.
The Spa Suite rooms are comfortable, with the standard type amentiies one would expect. The adjacent spa offers many luxurious treatments. The cabin stewards were both very friendly and responded quickly to all of our requests. One note: in rough weather, rooms on this deck tend to experience a bit more motion than lower deck rooms.  Read entire member review.
