With private key card access to the spa stateroom complex, you can go on a total spa vacation as these two-guest suites feature a queen-size circular bed, spa decor, entry to the Mandara Spa experience and fitness center. Sound relaxing? Wait until the butler brings you a glass of champagne in your stateroom hot tub or as you watch the stars from the privacy of your own balcony. Of course, the concierge would be happy to make dinner reservations for you, as well.
Spa Suites are worth every penny. You get all the courtyard amenities AND spa access whenever you want it. The room is large, you have a great shower and hot tub, big balcony with a lounger and your own butler. I would go back to this room again! Read entire member review.
Spa Suite 14149 was great for us two adults. There was plenty of storage space; the bedding was very nice; the balcony accommodated a lounger, two chairs and a table,;the shower was large and had a glass door; we could hear running, etc. coming from above, on the pool deck; the toilet flushed loudly as do all cabin toilets, except this one is near the bed so it might wake a sleeping person if flushed during the night. Cabin 14151 on NCL Epic: Cabin itself was good, but not the location! The balcony was great - fairly large. Had plenty of closet space. We were fine with the round bed (I am 5' 10" and my husband is 6' 2"). Didn't have any problem with the shower/toilet/sink set-up although I could see it being an issue for some people. One day, we did have an issue with the water running out of the shower onto the cabin floor. We didn't use the whirlpool tub much, but it was nice to have. Enjoyed the access to the spa and the Haven that having a spa suite entailed. The one thing we didn't like was being on the deck right below the main pool area. I read reviews ahead of time where people said the noise wasn't an issue, but we found that not to be true. We could hear people running above us and we could always hear when they were putting away and putting out the beach chairs. It was generally quiet from around midnight - 5 a.m., but that was about it - so forget sleeping in or spending quiet time in the cabin during the day! The only other thing we had an issue with was for a couple nights there were some kids running up and down the hallways hitting all the doorbells in the middle of the night, but that wasn't the fault of the cruiseline.
