16006 is a 2-bedroom haven suite. Very nice. It's conveniently located near the courtyard area (all suites on 16th floor are). The suite is large, luxurious, and comfortable. Highly recommended!  Read entire member review.

A great family cruise by phantompiper
Great location - on the same deck as the courtyard, lounge, and restaurant. Quiet - only a bit of foot traffic noise on the last day from the cabin above. Very little sea motion but there was some vibration from time to time - not sure why.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was outstanding! Beautiful decor and plenty of room for 4 people. We were located about 50 feet from pool area (and a little further from restaurants) which was very practical.

No noise whatsoever, great sleep quality.

Bathrooms were better than ours at home :-)
Plenty of storage space and lots of room to spread out. Could not have asked for a better cabin.

16010 - Great location on Courtyard level; sliding door rolls open and slams shut; can not view TV from bed in 2nd BR; a bit small for 5 people; elegant fixtures and appearance; quiet; good storage space.  Read entire member review.

We loved the suite. Here are the only negatives. The sliding door between the living room and master bedroom would roll open and slam shut as the ship moved. We had to secure it with pillows to keep it from sliding. Three adults and 2 pre-teen children were a "crowd" especially if were were all gathered in the living room area. The round table had to be pushed to the wall to allow room for easy ingress and egress from the suite entry to the couch or master BR. Grandfather slept in the small second BR which was perfect for him. The bed was comfortable enough and the private bath perfect. Only issue was when one lays on the bed and looks up at the TV - the picture washes out and is not visible. The TV is good for listening -- not viewing. The couch converted to a bed is not the greatest for an adult as it is hard. The grandchildren slept there most of the time - but on one night dad slept there as the kids were fussing.  Read entire member review.

location is great if you use the pool. the door to the pool is just steps from the cabin door, but since your door is passed the entrance nobody bothers you, since not many cabins past your cabin door. Make sure they show you how to use the special lighting panel in the room, i figured it out myself. Make sure you bring something to play your ipad/ipod/music. I brought a skullcandy tube and good thing i did. Or no music for me, as there is nothing to play any type of music. Good coffee maker one of those big ones. (expresso, K-kup type) Portable phone in the room so you can take it on your balcony. Balcony was basically a standard one the width of the living room. Not bad, comfortable, but not as big as i thought it should be for a 2bdr/2bth suite  Read entire member review.

The courtyard villa we stayed in had a master bedroom with an oval tub and a shower with a floor to ceiling window (shade included!)the light in the commode was motion switched, A vanity, a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for all our clothes and essentials. The living room was spacious and the sofa converted into an extra bed if needed. I didn't find it too comfortable until I propped some extra pillows behind me. The dining area even included an espresso machine that wasn't functioning when we tried to use it the 2Nd day. But before I could voice a complaint, they were replacing it with a working one. there is also a 2Nd bedroom with its own bathroom, sufficient for a couple of kids or an extra adult. I can't think of any day we didn't find a plate of goodies in our cabin with the compliments of one of the officers that manage the ship, not to mention the champagne in our room on the first day! This was our fourth cruise with NCL, but our first time traveling first class. We normally get a cabin with a balcony because after we tried it we prefer it over just a cabin with a view. It is great to sit out and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat almost any time of the day or night. But when we decided to book on the Epic, we wanted to experience a cruise with all the trimmings,so we upgraded to a courtyard villa and our venture did all that and some!  Read entire member review.

17012 was a good location, but in the morning when they were setting up for the day, when we were traveling at a high rate of speed or it was really windy you could hear the movement of chairs (or something like that) on the deck above us. It was not so much as to wake you out of a dead sleep, but enough to keep you up if you were on the verge of waking up.  Read entire member review.

A Great Cruise by ansmom
In the main bedroom there was a lot of noise from the ceiling for some reason. It wasn't in any other part of the cabin and we didn't bring it up to anyone as it wasn't a huge deal but just be aware.  Read entire member review.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Elemis products was an added bonus. The location was great. We never had any traffic outside of our door. I thought I was being smart by choosing the Starboard side of the ship, but little did I know that our ship backs-in to all of the ports! But having a view of the Atlantis Resort at Nassau made up for any ill feelings. The square footage was small for a suite. The deck was no bigger than a regular balcony room's deck. Being in the Haven is the only way to go! If you are in a suite, or if you purchased a wrist band that allows you to enter the Haven, there is a sundeck up there, that is a must-see. Go up the stairs that are toward the rear of the private gym. It looks like nothing more than a few lounge chairs, but don't give up just yet. Turn and go down that hallway(solid white metal walls) that looks like its for crew members only. Don't worry keep going and it will turn one more time. Then open the door and be prepared to be amazed!!  Read entire member review.

The sliding door leading to the bedroom is somewhat broken, but just make sure you don't push it hard into the socket, but slowly push it in. Also vibration from shower door can be annoying, and the light sensor above the toilet constantly leaves you in the dark. Nice view though, and the room is otherwise in great condition.  Read entire member review.

Location within the Haven was great. We had a view of the pool area and it had easy access to the Concierge area. There was plenty of space for five adults. Store your luggage under the master bedroom bed. There were enough drawers and closets in both bedrooms to unpack everything.  Read entire member review.

One floor up from the Courtyard area with the restaurant, bars, and Concierge desk, a couple of doors away from the Courtyard Lounge, kids bedroom had a full size bed and an upper berth, master suite had a large shower area and a large bathtub next to the windows, 2 sinks, lots of drawers, a vanity area with a chair, espresso/cappucino maker above the refrigerator, tvs in both bedrooms and the living room.  Read entire member review.

Our room was a two bedroom garden villa with small balcony on deck 17. Now I had read that this floor has problems with noise overhead from the sundeck but we booked late so not many rooms to pick from. We have been on a cruise before with NCL on the Jade in a single bedroom garden villa so we expected this to be a larger unit. Hmmm well they did seem to make it quite skinny. The bed is rounded but we are under six foot so that is alright didn't matter to us. The nightstands are only about eight inches wide and that is how far the side of the bed is from the wall. When I got out of bed the first time I accidentally kicked the wall, my foot is size nine, so larger than the space. On the right side of the bed is a phone that is lit up so bright and right by your head I had to cover it with a towel to block the light. There are some adjustable reading lamps and larger lamps. Overhead there is a red light and some smaller lights that are dimmable. There is ample room for clothing with a pretty cool light in the pole that the hangers go on, I like that. We put our suitcases in the back of this wardrobe since they are the thin variety the bigger one had to go in the spare bedroom under the bed has a bar so it would not fit. There is a small TV and DVD player in both bedrooms and living room. There is a "Lavazza Blue" coffee maker that takes capsules and the ship offers a wide variety of coffee to choose from. If you find your favorite let the butler know, who for us is Lani, and she/he will stock them for you, this is free. There is a small fridge with some liquor that is not free but they do leave room for you to put small cartons of milk and oj. We like milk instead of all those little creamers; Lani kept the milk filled without being reminded, such a sweetheart. If you love your coffee I highly suggest you go to the Lavazza web site and print off the instructions to learn how to make yourself the best cup of coffee ever! Hubby has learned to steam the milk and we have macchiatto in our room sitting on the balcony. Also the balcony only runs the width of the living room so on the small side, leaving the rooms separated by the bathrooms, so you do not hear a neighbor talking or smell them smoking while sitting outside. Now one of the best things about this room is the bathroom. On the Epic the two sinks in the master bedroom are smaller than on the Jade. I really don't like how the trash can is in this wooden cabinet you have to touch and pull out to throw something away. There is an oval deep tub (that is NOT a Jacuzzi...what a letdown!) with a small TV you can watch or a huge window to gaze out at the passing sea and sky, they even provide bath salts to use. I don't do baths (Mike does) so the shower is getting my rave review. Glass walled with multi jet shower and rainforest shower head above and regular shower head below, along with multiple other water jets for the rest of the body; your choice of which heads to use , or all of them at once! Ooooh yeah! Good sized shower big enough for...two! It has a floor to ceiling window and you feel like you're on the edge when you look down at the passing water...awesome!! Next to that is the toilet also enclosed in glass with frosted strips but you can easily see inside so if a newlywed or sensitive this may prove a problem. On the Jade they had a low light on the wall behind the toilet, the Epic has a bright overhead light that comes on automatically when you open the door which wakes up your companion. There is a makeup area with lighted magnified makeup mirror, and shelves to put your toiletries on with small bar to keep them from falling out if it gets rough. There is a small curtain between the bedroom and bathroom to block the light in daytime but not very efficient, I liked the old way with the thick purple curtains tied back by the bed that could be released and did an excellent job of blocking the light. There is a sliding pocket door between the bedroom and the living room/dining room it stayed closed and only came open once from the ship rocking. The living room is very skinny but doable but what is up with the seats on everything being so deep and not the length of an average persons thighs? I guess so it can double as a single bed but you have to use pillows to support your back if you want to sit up. I hate using the throw pillows in hotels for obvious reasons, germs! I sprayed them down with Lysol. The other thing, no arms on the couch or chair??? Weird and uncomfortable. There is a small dining room table with four chairs for two more than adequate but smaller than on the Jade. You can order from any restaurant and your butler will bring it to you, no calling room service we did by mistake and they redirected our call to the butler. Our sparkling wine was waiting for us but if the seas are anywhere near rough I don't drink so Lani put it in the fridge so thoughtful. There are buttons for the lights to brighten or dim in three locations, they are a bit confusing but you get the hang of it. The second bedroom is mainly another deep seated couch and there is closet space in there with drawers and make up area, but no makeup mirror. The bathroom is smaller with a regular shower, toilet, and small sink but rather roomy medicine cabinet behind the mirror. I like having two bathrooms to get ready for going out. I like the new colors mostly beige, burnt oranges, and browns. The cabin has a dial outside to set it for no disturb or cabin needs service, or turn down service, also where they put your "tree mail" as hubby calls it. There is also a door bell, pretty cool. Update: This room is extremely noisy from above! It appears we are under a storage unit or work room for the crew. It isn't carpeted so bare metal and loud! The first night I feared someone fell overboard but quickly realized how unrealistic that could be this high up to the ocean but had heard a loud splash! Turns out they dumped a bucket of water into a sink or drain or something above us so we heard it every day. Luckily we always bring earplugs, don't leave home without them!  Read entire member review.

the Haven 2 bdrm villa - we were only 2 in the cabin. The view from the bedroom out the big window in the bathroom was fabulous each morning. There are screens to draw should you wish privacy when in port, but when at sea you can see out to sea from the shower. The cabin is well appointed, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Ample storage space. Loved the lavazza coffee maker and it was kept well stocked. although the balcony is small, it is wedged between your bathroom and living room making it very private and quiet, as you have no neighbours right next to you.  Read entire member review.

Beautiful, big ship by desert2mom
We had a two bedroom family villa. It was spacious, had two bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It was a great option for a family of 4. Everyone had their space and privacy. Very nice decor (with the exception of the weird purple light over the master bed). Nice linens and comfy pillows. Good closet space too. Our balcony was spacious but sort of closed off so it limited our view a little bit.  Read entire member review.

Disappointing, by servantonice
We stayed in the Villas on the 16th and 17th floors. They are truly awesome rooms, however bring DVDs with your or be prepared to shell out $$ for pay per view movies. The television offering is the worst on ANY cruise line. They have no major broadcast networks and only show the same feeds over and over again. BBC world news, Fox News and MSNBC are it. Bring DVDs . .  Read entire member review.
