First class cabins are tiny. There is a foot between the bed and the balcony doors-- a mixed blessing -- you can relax against the pillows and watch the world flow by, but you can't get the chair beside the bed let alone sit part of it on the french balcony. The rooms are decorated in white and a rich red velvet. The curtains are heavy red velvet that keep heat/cold and light out. The walls are all mirrored except for the two floor to ceiling cupboards on both side of the bed. Safe. large closets. Glass door showers w/ vibrating massage shower head and L'occtaine bath products. (You can by L'occtaine products cheaper in the boutique on the ship than in Germany or Canada). The cabin staff spray the pillows w/ lavender and put a chocolate on your pillow. Everything about the cabin is luxurious. Read entire member review. |
