I had a handicapped unit due to knee problems, and the room was spacious and in a perfect location B304 Next to the forward elevators, I didn't notice any noise only on a few port days
Balcony was great, large with lots of cover, although the sun was pretty hot in the mornings. Only one outlet so bring a multiple outlet extention cord and a plug in alarm clock. Bed was great, I ordered a crate top and a top sheet. Beware the outlet in the bathroom is only for a man's razor, nothing else fits. Walk in shower was perfect lots of bars to hold on. Toilet was a little lower than handicapped height... but they do have toilet raisers upon request.
As mentioned in my longer review, the aft part of the ship shakes violently when the screws are in reverse. I am a Navy veteran with several years spent aboard aircraft carriers, so please use that as a guide to my tolerance for such things. This really is a huge design flaw with this ship. This would not be such an inconvenience, however, were it not for several ridiculously early port calls. Being woken up at 6am in such a manner is no joy and did bring me back to my at sea days aboard Navy ships. Beyond that, however, the cabin was average in size and amenities and a decent location with regards to other ship's services. Read entire member review.
