We had a mini suite and it was excellent. The layout was very functional - large bathroom, large closet and lots of storage space, big desk, nice living room area and big balcony. Only drawback is that the decor is rather bland!  Read entire member review.

There seemed to be more space in the hallway where the closet is on the Caribbean Princess with an oceanview stateroom vs. the mini-suite on the Ruby. Not enough drawers close to the bed like we've had on other lines. We remember the tiny shower on the Caribbean Princess so opted for the tub in the Mini-suite. Still not convinced the extra $$ is worth the very little accumulated time spent on the balconly on a one-week cruise.  Read entire member review.

D228 minisuite on Deck 9, "Dolphin" Cabin was spacious, with a large bathtub and massage showerhead. There was ample storage. The balcony, while large, was looked down on from all balconies above it, as well as from some public deck space and the bridge. There was no privacy, and we were frequently driven from the balcony by cigar and cigarette smoke. In addition, on several occasions we found cigarette ash and other trash on our balcony.  Read entire member review.

Great balcony and bathroom. Balcony is over looked by everyone so you cannot go out when it is sunny. Also on this cruise we got some spray due to it's location. It is near the front of the ship.The ship has fantastic stabilisers.  Read entire member review.
