Great storage. Obstructed view, but better than expected. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the Elemis beauty products. Wonderful location mid-ship on deck 8. Read entire member review. |

Cabin was small but clean and adequate. The cabin steward was excellent - most nights we returned to our cabin to find a dog, elephant or monkey fashioned out of towels on the bed or hanging from the air con vent. Read entire member review. |

| 8050 |
8050 has a great view of a rescue boat. It's quite small - hardly space to walk down the sides of the bed, and has a shower (no bath), wash basin and wc.
Lighting isn't great, especially for reading at night. Read entire member review. |

Cabin was comfortable though the bed sagged noticeably. Could hear the lounge singer in the main lobby every night. Obstructed view cabin, so life boat right outside our cabin. However, one window had a clear view through the wide open space in the middle of the life boat. The life boat was noisy when waters were rough. Read entire member review. |

8096 is an obstructed oceanview handicapped cabin. There was hardly any obstruction as the emergency boat mounted outside was below our window. We could see everything. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our cabin. Our NCL agent booked us a handicapped room, which apparently has the largest bathrooms on the ship, similar to the suites. My parents shared a queen bed, I had a separate twin, the view was hardly obstructed. TV was a nice flatscreen and closet and makeup counter was very large. Room was so comfortable, we spent a lot of time hanging out inside the cabin for once!

Our obstructed view, 8566, had a life boat in front of our window. The entrance to the life boat and the exit were opened so we had this ocean view in front of our window.
When we entered the room, the beds are on the left side. On the right is a short "hallway" with the bathroom on the right side, the closet at the end of the "hall way". The refrig, vanity etc are on the left side of the "hallway" Read entire member review. |

Heard a small clanking sound at night a few times. Might have been from life boats as I had a partially blocked oceanview cabin. My neighbors were quiet and I could rarely hear anything from them, but when one sneezed hard repeatedly I did notice it. Someone in their cabin was smoking a bit and I would notice it in my ventilation system. That would be my only issue. It wasn't strong but smoke bothers me and I don't even a slight scent of it in my room.
Overall everything was fine. There was nothing that marred the trip or made me say that I wouldn't stay in this room again. From the right window you can see the ocean through the life boats. I choose partially blocked rooms just to get some natural light in, however I do think I might go for the balcony next Spring as I hear it's great having one and it's the best way to travel. very quiet cabin on 8th deck obstructed (lifeboat) view. easy to get to comfortable clean. Never turned on TV, plenty of room in closets and hooks. Nice decor with LED reading lights. Only gripe was the toilet was so close to the wall. Read entire member review. |
