You'll enjoy every inch of these staterooms, with enough space to sleep up to four guests. The two lower beds can be converted into a queen-size bed and the convertible sofa pulls out to sleep two more. You'll also have a sitting area and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony. Because these are aft-facing, the view from your balcony is amazing and truly unforgettable.
Our cabin would have been perfect for two. With three, it was tight - but we knew that going in. The balcony was wonderful - sheltered enough from the noises above, no soot issues. It was cozy and comfortable. Read entire member review.
Cabin quite basic compared to other balcony cabins we have stayed in on other ships but is perfectly adequate. The bathroom is quite small but again adequate. It is in a quite location at the very back of the ship. It can get noisy during the day when the cabins are being cleaned as there is a crew cupboard opposite which contains towels, bedding etc. but there is no noise at night. Only space to store one large suitcase in the closet. Take one smaller than the other so you can store them inside each other. Other than that the cabin is perfectly adequate with hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap. The balcony is great and the view over the wake wonderful. Great balcony (although it could really have used one chaise lounge), ample closet space for two people for 10 days, quiet at the aft of the ship, though obviously more motion. Read entire member review.
Stateroom 10168 - Very dirty and at night food, rubbish and bits of food are washed onto your balcony when they hose down the upper decks. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable and bathroom / shower is great. It is also in a quiet location quite near the elevators. The downside of being at the very aft facing aft is that you can feel the rocking of the ocean very acutely. Read entire member review.
10168- a normal sized cabin with an extra large balcony holding a sunbed as well as the usual chairs; the shower space is large with a proper door and washing line. You can exchange the coffee machine for a kettle if you need boiling water for tea. Read entire member review.
We loved our cabin. It wasn't one of the larger balconies, so we had no loungers on it, but we were happy with the two chairs and a table. It was near the back of the ship on the starboard side on Deck 9, and we were quite happy with that location. We really appreciated having a coffee machine with a variety of coffees and tea bags there every day. The bed was very comfy, although seemed strangely provided with lots of extra toppings over the mattress. It was two beds pushed together, and covered with several extra mattress toppings, including a double layer of foam padding. It must have been difficult to make for the cabin attendant with all those bits which could have got pushed out of place, but actually made the bed very comfortable to sleep on.
