More storage than expected. Dingy bathroom. Dated decor. Close to elevator but not noisy. Comfortable bed. Uncomfortable sofa. Lack of outlets. Poor lighting. Nice balcony with bad furniture. Great views. Read entire member review. |

Nice and quiet. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Wish they had put in flat screen TV. Bath is actually usable Read entire member review. |

Good location. Close to FWD elevators and stairs to Spinnaker Lounge. No outside noise, quiet card room directly above. Balcony is very large (compared to Carnival, at least twice the area). Read entire member review. |

The Mini-suite is terrific. A full bathtub/shower, and a separate stall for the toilet lets one use the sink while another does the necessary. The Bed was very comfy and the Balcony is large. Our stewards, Francisco and Igusto, kept the room extremely neat and clean. Just remember to flip the sign outside the door when you leave and want the room made up, or turned down. The Stewards are around only from about 9 to noon and 6 to 9 in the evening but provided good service when there. (Ice, extra blanket and such)
A Towel creature on most nights when the bed was turned down with mints. Read entire member review. |

Our room was ideal, with a large balcony and room that had curtain to separate the space. I found having a fridge and a safe extremely convenient and a big factor in our quality of life onboard. The bathroom was spacious and bright. We had a tub! Although our room was situated right underneath the Garden Cafe, we only had one night where some children were running after midnight. Overall, our 2-week stay in our mini suite was very restful. Read entire member review. |

Great cabin. Shower/tub combination--high sides on tub make it a challenge to get in/out if mobility is impaired. Good bed. Sofa--->queen size bed. Great storage. Read entire member review. |

The mini-suite we had was comfortable but was showing its age. However, it was dirty. On embarkation we found a jumper, stiff with age/dirt between the sofa and the door curtain; there were quavers and a CD cover under the bed. Mirrors, wood laminate and horizontal surfaces all showed finger marks and other stains. The bed had two mattress toppers and was still lumpy. The pillows were lumpy. Sofas and carpets were stained and grubby. The balcony had one reclining chair and one ordinary chair and a minuscule table. Fridge and safe were standard. The TV was not flat screened and the choice of TV channels and movies were limited and dreary. The hair dryer was good and permanently wired to the vanity area by the TV, where the lighting was really poor. There was one plug and if you have computers, phone chargers, etc., it is worth thinking of bringing a two-way plug. Ample storage space and hangers. The cabin lighting wasn't good, A7C and heating were. The bathroom was fine, one of everything, and the glass enclosure on the bath was better than the plastic leg grabbing variety. Bathroom amenities were limited to a soap dispenser by the sink and a shower gel and shampoo dispenser by the bath. There was a washing line and sufficient storage space for toiletries. The cabin was serviced twice daily by a none too keen or efficient steward. Read entire member review. |

11128-nice large balcony, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet. Bed was comfy, nice linens. There were fluffy robes, awesome. Main closet kind of hard to access as it is right up next to the bed.
11129-small but in great shape. The bathroom is nicer than the ones I've seen on other cruise lines.
Both cabins very quiet. Read entire member review. |

The AF mini suite (11130) is about 1.5 times the size of a regular Balcony Cabin. It is just bigger, does not have any other suite perks.
Lots of closet space, bathroom with a bath, 'living area' with a full (bed) couch and a big enough balcony. We did not have any bother of sounds from above, beneath or beside. Read entire member review. |

Cabin 11150.
Absolutely loved having an 'aft' cabin.
Totally spoilt!
We were directly under the "Great Outdoors Cafe". This proved to be extremely 'detrimental'.
Approximately 02:30 each morning, we were woken by furnitre being 'dragged across the upper deck' as the crew 'tidied' for morning, ie., 'our ceiling'!
Having already booked the same cabin for the 'Greek Islands cruise' for the 1st week of May, - we are NOT HAPPY at the prospect! Longer daylight hours, more use of deck etc.!
What have we unwittingly, let ourselves in for!?

Room 11522 - room was fine but a little jaded. The decor was rather dark and uninviting. Cabin was below the gym and was very noisy in the early morning with lots of bangs and thuds from over enthusiastic gymsters.
TV very old box - needs updating and with more TV channels. The choice of films were better on the foreign channels.
Also, as this was a mini suite very cheap soap and shower dispensers were used - where was the Elemis range? Read entire member review. |

Cabin 11532 Mini-Suite Deck 11....Very nice cabin with plenty of room and a great balcony with fabulous views of the coast line and as we where pulling into the ports - You want a cabin on this side of the ship (left side) to experience this. Read entire member review. |

Quiet location, standard mini suite size. You do tend to get some of the dirt and rubbish (including stray ping pong balls from the table on top deck) falling on the balcony floor. Every day the balcony was washed and later that day it would be filthy again. A good cabin and a great position deck wise for access to the restaurants on the deck above. Read entire member review. |

A long room that could be wider. Don't expect much sun on the balcony, since the deck above it protrudes. The beds are quite comfortable. The access to the main closet is however obstructed by the bed. There is enough cupboard space.
The rooms have one European socket and two American. In the bathroom there is a separate socket for a shaver. There is a hairdryer in the room, a mini fridge, a couch with a table. Two chairs on the balcony.
TV: a few news channels, information channels and one movie channel.
For the rest there are a lot of mirrors in the room that make it look quite spacious.
The toilets are in the bathroom but have a door that can be used to close it off. The shower/bath also has a sliding door to close it from the rest.
You receive at the beginning of the cruise a towel set for the pool. You will only be given one set that you can replace. Of the other towels, there are enough. Read entire member review. |

We treated ourselves to a mini-suite, on the port side of the Jade for our third NCL cruise and our first from Europe. Beautiful room. We had an ocean view on our NCL Star and found it plenty acceptable, but having extra space and a balcony, do have a certain charm. Has a 22" full sized tub that we used as a shower. Also has a spacious closet (22 hangers), and several deep drawers, plus a large space that I called the attic for the odds and ends. Flat TV has news from BBC and "news" from Fox only. Our mini-suite was spacious and comfortable, large bathroom, closet, and sitting area. We liked having a coffee maker in the cabin, but sometimes had trouble requesting an extra packet of coffee. We had adjoining mini-suites and wished we could have opened the balcony doors instead of the inside doors. Balconies were nice, but wished they offered direct sunlight. We sometimes heard footsteps of kids running through the halls outside. Our greatest disappointment probably was the lack of self-service laundry facilities on the ship, like on the Princess ships. The laundry service charge was very high, so we chose to reuse our clothing for the duration of the vacation. Read entire member review. |

Location is mixed. Good because its near the central elevator, but also across from the closet where the cabin stewards stow their cleaning supplies. It can be noisy early in the morning. Balcony is somewhat obscured due to an overhang from the deck above. Most cabins mid-ship on this side had this issue. Read entire member review. |

No problems with mini-suite 11606. It was a good size with a separate lounge area and reasonably sized balcony. The bathroom was a good size with a large bath with overhead shower, the toilet was in a separate cubicle area.
It was kept 'spic & span' by the cabin steward. Read entire member review. |

We had originally booked a balcony room, but got upgrade to a mini-suite (at minimal cost) at the last minute. We really had a great cabin and our room stewardess & steward were great. The room itself was terrific! Lots of room for storage, a great balcony and we have actually had smaller hotel rooms. We had way more storage than we needed. We had a closet with about 10 hangers, a 4 drawer & 2 shelf set up by the bathroom, and 3 drawers at the desk (we kept our chargers and hair dryer, hair straightener etc, here). Luggage slipped neatly under the bed. We had adequate desk space for my laptop and other misc. stuff. Counter space in the bathroom was small but manageable. Read entire member review. |

Great viewbeautiful sunsets eastbound and glorious sunrises westbound. Could barely hear crew moving tables and chairs around on Garden Deck early in the morning. After big event on garden deck we'd find litter and crumbs on the balconynothing major. Aft location provided great wind break. We could use the balcony no matter how cold and windy it was. Quiet hallway. Big bathroomvery nice cabin. Read entire member review. |
