Not exactly spacious but clean and well kept. Difficult to shower without repeatedly banging elbows on walls of shower cubicle. Good balcony offering unobstructed views. Starboard side balcony cabin - just about big enough with seating area, large wardrobe space and good size bathroom with shower, the balcony was only just large enough for two chairs and a stool which you are expected to use as a table. The room was lovely it had everything you could want on a holiday a small seating area inside and a lovely balcony. Cabin has enough space for 2. Independence of the sea room 7312. Nice room. Decent closet space. Great balcony. Quiet location. Bathroom shower like a standup tube. Very small. There are no electrical plugs except by the TV, so forget any device by the bed unless you have an extension to run across the room. Comfortable bed. Temp control works ok. Had to ask for ice, shampoo. Hair dryer in a draw by TV. Cannot be moved. Bathroom has a special plug for an electric shaver in the ceiling. That's it. Toilet is small. I felt our cabin was a bit small for 4 people. The bed was a very big bed and there was not much room when the settee was folded out. There was plenty of storage space and the room was maintained very well by our room attendent. ROOMS: they do what they say on the packet so to speak, call me spoilt, but we always have a outside stateroom as it has a balcony due to my other half liking to sit out and read. He's also an early riser so he tends to sit on the balcony and watch the ship dock as the various places. The bathroom was big enough, the wardrobe was also big enough if fitted all mine ooops all our clothes in, plenty of draws, bed big enough an curtains kept the light out so one could get some sleep. First time we had balcony cabins after nine other cruises, (four cabins for the eleven of us). We would not do without again. Bathroom was better than expected, pull down bunk was OK for kids, not for an adult in the three adult cabin, steward gave us a roll away bed after the first night! Much appreciated. Our Cabin was a Deluxe Balcony Stateroom number 8574. The cabin was excellent, larger than expected, with a comfortable Queen Size double bed, TV, Kettle with tea bags (Coffee has to be got from room service, but its free, Fridge/mini bar. Shower and toilet were a good size as was the balcony. Cabin 9406 is smaller (shorter) than other deluxe balcony staterooms. It has a loveseat, not a couch. It's position at the very back of the ship is nice and quiet, however, the steel girders curving around the stern block the view of the ocean somewhat. It is a quite location but it is almost 3 football fields away from the gym / bow of the ship. Internet reception inside the room is fine, but there is no Internet reception on the balcony. Nasty carpet. The sort of hairdryer I'd expect in a Backpackers hostel, no toiletries, no robe, no slippers. The in room tea/coffee facilities were also worthy of a Travelodge, rather than a 'Deluxe' room. We were kindly left a note halfway through the holiday because we could smell that they were obviously having issues with the drainage. It asked us not to use too much toilet paper.
