7033 is a Deluxe Verandah Suite and is FABULOUS! Large cabin, with a wall clock (last ship I was on did not have clocks in the rooms at all)! Loved the location 1/2 way between forward and midships elevators and very close to the Neptune Lounge. There is tons and tons of closet space and drawers galore. Loved the binoculars supplied in the cabin - great for getting close up views of the fjords. They also supply a full sized umbrella. This is the way all cruising should be! Excellent! We loved the location and the wicker furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. Lots of storage, several plugs for electrical devices.
The bed was at a great height and was a King, very comfortable. The Air Conditioning was great, we like it cold when we sleep and it was 68 on my temperature gauge that is also our alarm clock. Read entire member review. |

SA Deluxe Suite; plenty of storage; the smallest balcony of any other ship in the HAL fleet (and, the Eurodam is their largest ship, now); great location with a few steps to the access of the Neptune lounge; wonderful cabin steward (La Ode). Read entire member review. |

Our deluxe veranda stateroom was great, comfortable, and well maintained by our stewards. We have stayed in the deluxe verandas before on HAL and have always had great accommodations and support from the staff. Other than the noisy ceiling on the first night, the room was quiet and convenient to everything we were interested in. The concierge (sp?) staff was outstanding. These SA staterooms are well worth the extra cost. Also, the use of the Neptune Lounge really makes the cruise a special treat. Read entire member review. |

Nice not being below the Lido; some noise in 7043 from the Pinnacle staff going into the Neptune. Pretty convenient location. Great space in the cabin. Could use some more drawer space, but the closets are great, and storage for bags under the beds. Two sinks in the bathroom is very nice, as well as a shower and tub (have to figure out how to get the shower in the tub--need some instructions!!) Read entire member review. |

This time around, we heard no sound from the cabins on either side of us. There was also very little in the way of creeking or those strange sounds that you have trouble identifying.... Read entire member review. |

Stateroom 7047:
Midship location. Since it is almost directly across from Neptune Lounge, it is extremely convenient. We never heard any noise from either above or below. And since it was midship, it minimized some of the rocking motion on the North Atlantic. The room was spotlessly clean, and the cabin stewards were always attentive. Read entire member review. |

Nice cabin, well laid out, roomy with plenty of closet space. There is a cd player with free discs available in the library. Comes with an umbrella and binoculars. We were directly across from the entrance to the Neptune Lounge so there was some noise but not excessive. It was convenient to pop in for a cup of coffee. Read entire member review. |

Large closets, large bed, large veranda, large bathroom-for a ship
Very comfortable room and the most comfortable bed ever with lots of pillows with varying degrees of hardness and softness. Plus is it is across from the Neptune Lounge. When we were in the suite we did not hear outside noises. Read entire member review. |

Suite 7050 is directly across from the Neptune Lounge (a suite guests' retreat with its own concierge services, snacks, TV, & sofas, etc. Within our cabin we added a fold-out bed so our adult son and daughter did not have to share the sofa fold out. It made the room a bit tight, but it was a very good-sized cabin, so you could shimmy past the beds & sofas and go do what you chose. The veranda was large, with a table for 4, and 2 chairs with ottomans. The curtained dressing area beside the bathroom allowed an extra spot for changing clothes. There was more than enough closet and drawer space. 8 suitcases were placed easily inside each other (making 4) and stored under the bed. The guys bought an internet package for $250 for 1100 minutes and set up a " central macstation" at the desk beside sofa nearest the door. Internet is wireless on the Eurodam and charges for time could easily be minimized by typing e-mails and such in advance and then copying & pasting them into text windows while back on line. 7051, Deluxe Veranda Suite SA category. Perfect location just outside the rear door of the Neptune. No noise, far enough from pantry room. Mid ship, one half hall from elevator. Absolutely wonderful location. Read entire member review. |

We were in a Deluxe Veranda Suite (category SA -- suite 7052). It was a very comfortable stay. The bathroom has both a tub (with whirlpool jets) and a separate standing shower. It offers a huge amount of closet and drawer space. They provide a large selection of pillows (we had to implore our steward to take some of them away). Our only complaint is that the veranda had only tables, chairs, and ottomans. We would have like reclining lounges instead of the chairs (which did not recline). Otherwise, this was a great suite. We were directly across from the Neptune Lounge, which made it easy for us to pop in for snacks, cups of tea, help from Mel, the Concierge, etc. Read entire member review. |

Our suite was directly across from the Neptune Lounge entrance. It is not too loud and we love the convenience of popping in for a snack or to speak to one of the concierges. Read entire member review. |

Suite 7053, Deluxe Verandah Suite, Eurodam, Holland America
The size is great, especially for two people, the closet space is more than adequate, the bathroom is adequate (although we didn't feel our bathroom was clean), the verandah is roomy with a table and four chairs, and two additional chairs and ottomans.
The suite needs to be cleaned and better maintained and the bedding cleaned. Read entire member review. |

The room, bath and closets were all nice. The large flat screen TV was very nice. The service provided by the room stewards was another story. Read entire member review. |

We were thoroughly pleased with our suite. Spacious stateroom and balcony with comfortable furniture. Bedding was superb. Very ample closet and cabinet space, and we always bring more than we need. The things that really matter to us--A/C, plumbing and water pressure--all worked perfectly. The location was great--very convenient to the elevators and Neptune Lounge. Since there were no public areas above or below us, the only noise we heard was an occasional slammed door. Our stewards did a great job and the ladies in the Neptune Lounge were very cordial and accommodating. Read entire member review. |

Room smallish but perfectly adequate. Tastefully decorated with a leather loveseat, a comfortable chair, and a vanity with a stool. Balcony great. Love their bathtubs which also give you a roomier shower. Quiet, bedding awesome. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was an SA category suite. It was quite spacious for the three of us. We had it made up with two twins and the couch for the third bed. There was a dressing room and what I would consider a huge bathroom with a separate shower and then a tub with a shower. There were five large closets so storing clothig was a breeze. The veranda was wonderful. We heard very little noise the entire cruise and smelled no one smoking. It was wonderful to also have the Neptune lounge for snacks and someone there to assist us on various things. Read entire member review. |

Nice SA Deluxe Suite, but a very small balcony. Plenty of storage. Great bathroom. No sink in this dressing area like other ships have. Wonderful and pleasant cabin steward . . . his name was La Ode. Read entire member review. |
