We were upsold into a Grand Suite (U103). Room was nice, but I would never pay full price. Room should also be noted as obstructed view. View was blocked by balcony wall of cabin #101. We liked our cabin and location. We had plenty of space, and a nice sized balcony. I would say a GS on the Ecstasy is about the size of a Junior Suite on RCCL or a Mini Suite on Princess. Only two things were a botherone was pounding feet from above in the very early morning hours, and the other was the pervasive cruise ship smell in our bathroom. You know the smellits on every ship at various timesand it was in our bathroom most of the trip. Sometimes it was stronger than others, but it never really went away. The bathroom odor was what kept me from rating this cabin a 5. Aside from the odor our suite was well maintained and comfortable. We had more than adequate storage space between the walk-in closet and many drawers and shelves. The balcony seemed deeper than the ones found on Carnival's newer ships. It was a very comfortable cabin for two people, but there was adequate space and storage for a family.  Read entire member review.

THe cabin was spacious. Balcony was great. I wish the bottom rail was see-through like on the extendeds though. It is solid white. Only noise we heard was people running up and down the halls which made very loud stomping noises. Peopl are people. View is great. U83 is a Grand Suite on deck 6. Great balcony. Comfortable bed, lots of closet space, whirlpool tub--but small. A little noisy from the upstairs cabins.  Read entire member review.

U87- Starboard, grand suite. Very spacious, very quiet except for the "going to bed" hall crowd. Very private with walk in closet and small whirlpool tub. Balcony has knee room and easily has room for four people to enjoy. Lots of storage with great bed- pleasant decor.  Read entire member review.
