Upper #217. King sized bed with 2 bunk beds. Even in back of ship, we feared engine noise but it was very quiet.  Read entire member review.

We had two connecting rooms, 2 on each room and I have to say that it was worth it. Our other option was to get a room for 4 and we don't that before and is too many people in an inside stateroom. This set up gave us privacy, plenty of space and the girls felt like they were on their own, but we were able to keep an eye on them.

M240. Rear/Aft interior cabin. No mini fridge, configuration of king bed awkward as we bumped our heads on the above bunks (they were not in use, but stuck out a few inches over our heads) Also no night stands on the sides due to room layout and very tight space to get out of bed on the side next to the wall. Very little shelf/storage space in the bathroom for toiletries. Shower curtain vs. door was a pain in the butt. No real climate control except ceiling fan we could turn up or down, but not change the temperature. I know orange is Carnival's color...but it makes the rooms feel dated from the 70's with the orange rug & "curtain" (to make you think you have a window).  Read entire member review.

Carnival Ecstasy by GrannyJ
Cabin was adequate in space and clean. Good amount of closet space. Would have liked a couple more drawers. Bathroom was good, well-lighted. Could have used a little more space to put toiletries. Shower was an adequate size. The reading lights on the beds needed to be brighter - hard to read in bed. We apparently were under one of the dining rooms, so there was loud rumbling occasionally and a couple of "crashes" but nothing intrusive. Walls seemed to be thick enough to keep most of the noise from other cabins to a minimum. Door seemed thick enough to keep most hall noise to a minimum. Instead of the curtain on the wall, I would have liked an ocean scene or some other art. The curtain actually made the room a little more claustrophobic than artwork would have. I kept having an urge to pull the curtain and "look out". Liked the safe. Adequate number of hangers, but would like a couple of skirt/pant hangers also. TV worked well and I was impressed with the number of channels available. Carpet seemed to be clean and the bedding was immaculate. Bed comfortable, good pillows, liked the duvet. Blanket was a little worn. Desk surface was adequate, but once again, the light over the desk wasn't bright enough. Overall, a very pleasant trip.  Read entire member review.
