E138 on the Ecstasy. I really liked the location.
Our cabin was a bit noisy. Not so bad that I couldn't sleep. I usually have to have some kind of noise at night to sleep at home, like a fan running. On the ship you can hear the motor. It's like an undercurrent that's soothing. The rocking of the ship is gentle and to me it helped. The noise was coming from above us. I think it was the galley. Try to go at least two decks below any public rooms. The rooms are small but you don't really spend much time in them. There is plenty of closet space. Bring extra hangers if you have alot of clothes. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is small. That's just the way of things and not a very big deal. Read entire member review. |

Very good cabin. Very small bath room, and due to being right under the galley, I experienced just a bit of noise. Not enough to be a problem, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to consider a cabin with other cabins both above, and below. Read entire member review. |

Loud Hallway
Good size room
Broken vanity light
Good closet space
Safe included
No hairdryer (none on ship)
On one side there is a storage closet, helped with noise from other rooms.

Cabin was roomy enough, but the bathroom could use more storage -- no way to keep all bathroom stuff in the bathroom itself. Storage in the cabin was fine; just the bathroom was lacking. Tip: Put luggage under the beds after you unpack. Another tip: For the most room in the cabin, put the 2 beds "L-shaped" -- if you don't mind sleeping apart. Read entire member review. |

M187 - Midship. no engine noise.
Inside cabin but next to a central crew area in which early each morning, i.e. 2 a.m. generates noise enough to wake you up. I think the area in question is probably were they bring up or prepare room service meals??? I heard doors banging and metal on metal noises. Read entire member review. |

We had an inside cabin. Was very clean and enough room for two people. Daughter and family had a cabin for 5 with bunk beds and a lot of luggage and clothing. From the bunks the grandchildren could watch TV. Read entire member review. |

Being at the end of the hallway, it was a quite location. Except when we would get to port, as the we were in the back of the ship, we would be the ones banging up against the side of the docks. It was loud and rough! Especially for that early in the morning! Read entire member review. |

This was the worst handicapped cabin I have ever been in . Tiny, barely handicapped equipped. we were next to no other cabins on either side and it was like living in the middle of a bowling alley. It was an inside room and very cheap and we got what we didn't pay for. R298 should be walled over. Read entire member review. |

Room too crowded with furniture and fixtures; made bumping our heads on the pullman bed above too easy. Waste of space and poor quality of construction, no medicine cabinet or shelves for travel meds/makeup, etc. Good size shower though, the only redeeming thing about our cabin. Great location. It was an inside stateroom, very much like a cave. Quiet. Could not hear the engine or noises from the rooms around us. More storage than I expected. The bathroom was larger than expected. It did have a bit of an odor, but if you keep the lid down on the toilet and the door shut, it never came into the room. Read entire member review. |

The cabin was very nice and all the way forward so there was little hall traffic. There were some sort of machinery noises after 8am (not the bow thrusters) and the desk drawers tend to slam them selves shut so I could her the neighbors closing theirs. No biggy for me as I don't sleep past 8am. Very roomy and comfortable. The shower has a curtain instead of a door. Read entire member review. |
