We were in and inside cabin 407. The cabin was larger than those on most ships. The shower was also a little roomier than those on other ships. There was ample storage space with three closets, a dresser and two night tables with two drawers each. Very quiet at night. Read entire member review.
We stayed in an interior cabin #661. The cabin was a little on the noisy side being close to the Stewart station but it was close to the back elevators and it was on the deck that we disembark from which was convenient for getting off of the ship. We do not book a cruise to spend time in a cabin so the size is of no great importance. Read entire member review.
The room is comfortable and is very nice when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap because for don't the sunshine coming in the room. Our room was located toward the Alt section and was VERY quiet!!! during the rough seas on the way back from Quebec City we really appreciated having an inside stateroom on the Main deck. the movement was small compared to the higher decks. Our room steward, Donald, and the rest of his team did a wonderful job of keeping our room in tip-top shape!!!!!!! We will book large interior room on the Main deck whenever possible. Great location on the ship. Has a "crew only" veranda on the back of the ship that we were never kicked out of (FYI no chairs). The environmental officer uses it and that's about it. Quiet, near dining, and away from gangways. We did wake up early in the morning when the ship was thrusting sideways into port - it vibrates a bit.
