These cabins are of a nice size and well appointed. 342 is in a great midship location, just a few steps to the wraparound promenade deck.
The room did get stuffy at times, even with the AC set at its lowest; they measured the temperatures twice, but the issue was more of air flow, with the sofa area adequate but the head of the bed lacking proper circulation (the temperature of air coming out was fine at 17C, but the volume of air was insufficient and the other side of the room was at 23C or warmer). The front desk was very responsive to this, and a fan was brought in. Some may find it a bit less than ideal, others would have no qualms at all, and for us it did not impact the overall enjoyment of the cruise in any way. Read entire member review.
Category J Inside, Cabin number 347 lower Promenade deck. It was large for an inside cabin (by today's larger ship standards). The cabin was very clean and very quiet. The A/C worked well, no foul odors, everything worked. No problems to report. There was lots of storage, three large closets, two draws under the bed, two night stands with two draws each (top draw locked), six dresser draws, and a small cabinet with three shelves in it. There was no refrigerator in the room. The self serve laundry was three doors away. the promenade deck exit was just four door away. Read entire member review.
There is a chair in the room that just seems to get in the way. Other than that, the cabin is serviceable. Plenty of closet space (enough for 2 people that drove to the ship and over packed). There were more drawers than we could fill.
To keep the cabin from getting to hot, we kept the TV and lights off when we weren't there. You can feel the temperature go up quickly with 2 people, lights and the TV on. There is no fan in the bathroom, so it stays hot all the time.
The bed was set up starboard to port. So you don't roll from side to side while sailing. That was nice.
The room was quiet and only a few feet from the lower promenade walking deck. Read entire member review.
