7224, 7226, 7228 Balcony rooms - Beautiful, perfect in every way. Five rooms across the hall from those - also perfect! We loved the balcony rooms with the glass dividers that opened. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view, very private on the balcony as well. We were a fair distance from the nearest elevator however. Very, very quiet location for sure. We stayed in Cabin #7286, which was a balcony stateroom. We liked the room layout of the balcony / junior suite versus the interior stateroom as with the bed headboard on the side of the room, the room seem much bigger. Comfortable cabin, but the forward location made it a long walk to dining and other aft-located spaces. The balcony is comfortable, with two chairs but no lounge chairs. There is lots of storage space, even in the small, but well appointed bathroom. Our balcony was great. I believe it was about 70 square feet. Enough room for 4 chairs and a table and then some. We would definitely reserve that category again {D2}. The cabin was 214 sq. feet. and was very spacious and bright. Lots of nooks and crannies to store things. The flat screen tv was a bonus as was the curved shower doors, instead of the famous shower curtains people have grown so fond of on past cruises. And the bedding... Our cabin was a D2 superior balcony and it was very large compared to other ships we have been on, large bathroom and balcony. Large sofa for 3 people to sit on, plenty of space to store things in vanity, mirror, closets and bathroom. 9358 was more spacious than expected. The bed was very comfortable. The flat screen tv was excellent. The balcony was an okay size but it wasn't much used because it was hot partly because it was sealed at the bottom. It felt very safe for kids, however. Cabin 9368 - wonderful view, amazingly comfortable bed, plenty of room for a cabin on a cruise ship, bathroom was really fine - cant expect a hottub in a cruise ship bathroom!! Plenty of storage - ONLY COMPLAINT - the wall between cabins on the balcony deck would bang back and forth and make alot of noise when it was windy - every night just about. Great overall room, no noise coming from next door rooms, little noise coming from hallway, little drain problem in shower when two people shower after each other.
