The cabin as very much amidship. Clean and quiet but suffers from the same thing on most Solstice class ships in that the storage space is limited. The wasroom is great with a wonderful shower. Read entire member review. |

Our cabin was a standard veranda cabin. The bed and linens were comfy and we slept well. We liked the sofa because all 4 of us could visit in one cabin. Although the cabin was near the elevators, it was very quiet and we heard no noise once we closed our door. The bathroom was especially nice, larger than I'm used to, with great storage and a nice shower with a door. The balcony furniture is teak. The chairs recline and there is a small table. The veranda wasn't huge, but it was big enough and we enjoyed sitting out there. The television offered some up to date movies on demand, some free and some were pay per view. Many good choices. The mini bar was stocked. There were enough electrical outlets for our needs. Our cabins (6133 & 6135) adjoined in the hallway, but we didn't use it. Instead we had our balcony partition opened by the room steward. Deck 5 underneath our balcony was a designated smoking area. Occasionally we got a sniff of smoke, but not too bad. Interesting location - not too far from the forward elevators/stairs (great for the theater), but really far from the aft elevators/stairs (terrible for food). The bed is closer to the balcony (vs some cabins, the couch is closer). Read entire member review. |

Tight, but adequate storage. Very uncomfortable couch, with poor lighting for reading. Good, quiet location and nice balcony. Read entire member review. |

Great balcony because we opened the space to our friends next door. If you are traveling with friends/family, be sure to ask the steward to open up the balcony. It makes SUCH a difference. Read entire member review. |

Spacious, quiet location short distance from elevator. Midship so little reaction to rougher seas. Lifeboats two decks below but did not impede view at all. Read entire member review. |

8246 was quiet, clean, and being on the hump, you could look forward and aft from the balcony. Bed was next to bathroom, sofa next to balcony. Read entire member review. |

Thinnest walls on any ship we have been on; often heard our neighbors on both sides
Deck on balcony was always wet
The bed was made too tight; we had to pull out the sheets out of the end of the bed
Not far from the aft elevator bank
Finding room for all of our stuff was a challenge
Was fun to lie in bed with the curtains open and watch the ocean slide by Read entire member review. |

We had an outside balcony.
Plenty of space and well designed. Always cleaned thoroughly. Shower area more space than other ships. Bed perfect and aircon efficient. TV information and programs better than other cruise companies and accomodates most languages. Wardrobe size more than adequate and sound proofing from exterior noises from next door or hallway improved. Whether or not its a British thing but a kettle in the room could be included as bit of a walk to restaurant/drinks area for a brew in your room. Can use room service but brought our own travel kettle as not listed in room inventory. Read entire member review. |

Quiet location. Near the buffers so no movement or noise.
Great shower - spacious with plenty wardrobe space and cupboards above bed for more storage. Read entire member review. |

The cabin is very well laid out. Bathroom and closet are great. Could use a few larger drawers. Nicest veranda cabin design we have seen. No noise. Read entire member review. |
