Inside spa stateroom would have been better without past guest getting sick in our room. Spa elevator behind bed was a big mistake. Read entire member review. |

Room was great, nice layout and love the extra spa amenities and decor. Elemis spa items were appreciated as they are the norm from past experience with HAL and NCL. Room can be up to a quad with the 2 lowers and two uppers. Beds would probably work best in twin configuration if using the uppers, and then it would be like 2 sets of bunkbeds basically.
Room is a little noisy due to fitness area above, but only obnoxious if you want to nap during the day. Gym hours mean above you is closed from 10pm to 6am. Read entire member review. |

Quite room, great room Steward, felt a lot of movement in rough water, not good location for someone who gets sea sick. Would pay extra fro spa room again and again. Ship has a weird vibration everywhere. Read entire member review. |

Spa Interior Cabin - Splendor - worth every penny to have the unlimited access to the spa facilities - smallish but not too tiny, quiet location, good closet space, easy luggage storage under the bed - all in all just perfect for the deal we got! Read entire member review. |

CABIN 1051, Deck 10, Promenade: I would say YES to the spa cabins but NO to cabin 1051. It is the last of the interior rooms and closer to the middle of the ship so I chose thinking I'd feel less of the ship movement. However; this room is right next to the stewards galley for the deck and every morning at 6 a.m. I awoke to the banging of various carts being pulled out.
The photograph of the cabin on the Carnival website is it, I was wondering what the rest of the room looked like but the answer is there is no more, lol (besides a bathroom and closets.) There was TONS of closet space, and with our luggage stored under the bed we had plenty of storage room.
The spa ocean view's were sold out very quickly so I think getting one is rare. I almost went with a spa balcony but they were $500 more and despite several calls I never was able to con anyone into giving me one at a discount. $500 is about what we spent on our sign and sail for alcohol, gambling, the steak house etc. so I am happy with my choice to stick with an interior (plus it's nice and dark in there!) Whatever you choose, if you like going to spa's then yes yes yes, get a spa room on the Splendor!

We had cabin 6381. It would have been great if you are in a wheelchair. We did not use a wheelchair. Great big bathroom, but huge lack of closet space. Close to the elevators, and noisy at times. Read entire member review. |

Inside cabin was about right in size and furnishings. Would have been great to enjoy the extra "Spa" category amenities, but as an upgrade I might as well have been in steerage. I do like the bathroom layout, far superior to some competitors in the bargain market. Excellent towels and robes. Smallish but adequate flat-screen TV, very limited choice of channels as usual. Good closet and drawer space. Read entire member review. |
