Cabin 1005 on Panorama deck. Great balcony. Only a little noisy when people were going to the front observation deck with the door slamming.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was very nice, except for the noise. We had a room next to another couple we were cruising with, and we were able to open the divider door, which gave us more room to enjoy the balcony with our friends.

Carnival Freedom 1015--Great balcony, BEST room steward, but cabin is too noisy and lots of motion. Noise MAY be from deck chairs above or spa--not sure.  Read entire member review.
Freedom spring break by crystal1010
wonderful being on deck 10 - close to pool. Would prefer closer to mid ship than so far forward, but very manageable. GREAT storage for both our and inside across hall cabin for our kids. Balcony small but nice to sit out and watch the sights.  Read entire member review.
Captain is Lazy by Joopman

No complaints on this cabin. No loud noises. The AC was not cooling the first night. It was miserable. The system got cooler each night.

Deck 10 - room 1035. Loved being this high on the ship. Balcony was great. Being able to walk up easily to Serenity Deck and other public areas a plus. Room was very quiet even though it was close to the main pool.

Wish I could slow down time by wishIcouldcruiseforever
Nice cabin , big closets , comfortable beds ,good size bathroom . Loved the balcony ,but only one chair was usable as the reclining chair did not have enough room where the regular chair was better. The TV remote was well worn with no numbers visible on the buttons -made checking my folio on the TV a bit of a guessing game . The TV should be updated. In future I would stay on deck 9 instead of 10 ,more accessible to Lido fun .  Read entire member review.
Had balcony cabin 1043. It was a good size. Had 2 closets for clothing and then one with shelves. More than enough room for 2. Also the bathroom had enough shelves. Good location, not noisy at all. Lots of storage space. Bathroom a typical size for a cruise, small shower space.  Read entire member review.
Great cabin, great location!! Just below the gym and above the Lido Deck!  Read entire member review.
Great Balcony, a bit more motion than lower more aft cabins, close to elevators and lido deck.  Read entire member review.
Our Best Cruise Yet by BirmanGal
Great balcony view from the Panorama deck. Cabin 1059 is close to the steps for quick access to the Serenity deck and ship spa. It is also only a few quick steps to the pool area. Love the convenience of this cabin. We have had it on our last two Carnival cruises.  Read entire member review.
1118: Balcony room, but no cover over the balcony, everyone could see you and you could hear them!  Read entire member review.
Quiet, spacious. Lots of closet and drawer space. Great TV reception. Very comfortable. We used our balcony a lot. Close to the breakfast dining room and great far enough away from the elevators not to be too noisy.  Read entire member review.
Freedom Escape by S10Catman
Upper deck (6) 6450. The room runs lengthwise of the ship but had plenty of room with a long but narrow balcony and was well maintained by the room steward. We did notice some noise from the machine room below us when dropping and the retrieving the ropes (motor/winch whine) and you could hear and feel the props turning at night. Occasionally if the International (I think that was what was below us) lounge got cranked up you could hear the music particularly the bass sounds. Long hallway lined with 3 closets- plenty of hangup and shelf space. Small bathroom with standup shower and single sink - the curtain curved out so you didn't have to suffer the shower curtain attacks! Enough shelves in the bathroom for 2 people's toiletries.  Read entire member review.

Good location. Quiet. Not too far from laundry service. Good access to elevators. Nice room. Clean. Looks new.

Not too bad by crusinfamof4

A little too close to the atrium elevator lobby. The performers in the lobby bar could be heard in our cabin. The Steward would close the boarding doors at night to muffle the noise until it subsided. I think it was more an acoustics problem than the actual location of the cabin. Great elevator proximity. Noise from lobby bar. Across from pantry--noisy in the morning if you sleep late.  Read entire member review.
Cabin 8300 is situated nicely with no noise from the Lido deck above or even when on the balcony. Great location for walking 1 deck to Lido or taking the elevator directly to the MDR.  Read entire member review.
Cabin was great. I wanted to open the balcony between romms 8315 and 8319 but it would have closed a balcony door in one of the rooms so we didn't open the balcony to make 1 big balcony.  Read entire member review.

The cabin is located on the starboard (right) side, and far forward on the Lido Deck. We had originally thought that being that high up and that forward we would feel the ship rolling some. Not true. Rarely did we feel any rolling. It was also very quiet. It's very convenient to the forward elevators, a laundry room, two hot tubs, and a pool. The cabin was in good repair and very clean. Our cabin Stewart, "Made", took really good care of us. We had no complaints with the cabin at all.

We were on the Lido Deck balcony cabin. Feared it might be loud but never heard anything. It was the same as any balcony cabin on any other Carnival Ship. Plenty of storage space and clean.  Read entire member review.

Enjoyed this room so much we booked the same cabin both times we cruised on the Freedom. Quiet, near the stairs and elevators and close to the pools and bars on the Lido deck. Would definitely recommend this room to anyone.

Our cabins 9268, 9270 and 9272 were in a great location. I loved being only a few feet from the Lido deck to grab some coffee in the am or an ice cream cone. The laundry room was right across from us which was a plus also. I will only do the lido deck from now on  Read entire member review.
Conveniently located, just off atrium and close to pool area. Directly across from guest laundry, which was often noisy early in the morning.  Read entire member review.
We had a nice balcony cabin on the Lido deck. The room was good size and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was small but adequate. We had a family of 4 sleeping on a king bed, a couch bed, and a pull down bunk. We heard some hallway noise at night, but nothing that kept me awake. We never had any space problems and I recommend getting on the Lido deck if possible because it was very close to the pool.  Read entire member review.
Our room is convenient to the public area of the lido deck. It is near the elevator and sometimes you do hear the noise from the area, but it isn't enough to bother us.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was good. We were pleased to see they haven't removed the mini refrigerator from the rooms yet.

We stayed in cabin 9293, a balcony cabin on the Lido deck. It was large. We had a king bed and a sofa sleeper. This is the first cabin starboard when leaving the pool area. It was quiet. Although, you can hear other balcony doors slam occasionally and there was something clanging against the ship above us. We were able to tune all of this out after the first day. Plenty of storage space, closets, drawers, and under sofa. There were six small shelves in the bathroom for personal items and the vanity space was large. Small corner shower but, large enough for a large man. Plenty of privacy on the balcony. Nothing to the right and an extended partition to the left.  Read entire member review.
Good Ship, Bad Ship by penny9793

the cabin was very nice.

Loved this area, super easy to get to activities all around the ship. Quiet even though it was close to everything. Plenty of room and storage spaces. I would book this room/location each cruise if I could!

Small, but what do you expect, pony up for a suite and may be good but who wants to be in their room all day.  Read entire member review.
