7022 Rotterdam. By Midship stairs, good location, partially under the carpeted Lido Restaurant. Some noise from above but not bothersome. Huge suite with a wonderful verandah Read entire member review.
Our Stateroom was very nice we had a Deluxe Veranda Suite which was well appointed the only word of warning for those who book a suite on the Rotterdam is the Lido pool is right above the suites and if you book a suite under the pool you will hear the kids running back and forth and the staff at 5 a.m. when they move around the furniture to clean the pool deck so book a suit all the way in the back or all the way in the front. Just look at the ship floor plan before you pick your room and use your best judgment and you will be fine Read entire member review.
Loved the Neptune lounge. Could have eaten breakfast there given how much food they had and good coffee. Coffee lovers will love their options. Also, the appetizers before dinner were nice to take to our balcony and enjoy with a glass of wine. Room was large and easily held the four of us for a week without us tripping over ourselves. No noise from above or below was noticed. 7030 was first room with the overhang so if I did it again and could choose, I would choose 7028 or lower.
S category Deluxe Verandah Suites provide an excellent cruise experience. Only issue is that for a number of higher numbered S suites there is an overhang on the verandah that reduces the amount of sun. Read entire member review.
