Love this stateroom! Only book for two guests as there is no sofa, just a chair. The balcony is HUGE! We had two chairs, two loungers and a table, with plenty of room for more. Would be perfect for a family of 4 wanting a balcony, and an inside stateroom to save money on the additional room instead of two balcony rooms. If you are a light/early sleeper skip this cabin. Cabin is too close to the atrium. You get all the noise coming up from the atrium (opens up to the elevator bank right outside room). The elevators ding day and night. We didn't notice people noise as much from the elevators.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 8292 port side mid to forward. cabin is approx 8 from The Garden Atrium. It is typical for a baclony cabin size wise. the floor was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Would pick that one again.  Read entire member review.

We were in Cabin 8305 which was located on deck 8 and the size of the room was great and the balcony was great, only downside is that it is located under the lido deck and every morning we woke up early with pool chairs sliding back and forth above us!!  Read entire member review.

Cabin 8327 was very nice. It had your basic balcony set-up and was connected to cabin 8331 on the balcony. We opened the doors since we had both cabins and it made a wonderful meeting area first thing in the morning. It was in a great location with a beautiful view. A bit of a walk from the elevators but not too bad. They put us in the Silver Dining Room which was odd considering we were closer to the Golden Olympian Restaurant. The only other cabin news would be the noise on the night of the deck party. They are directly above dancing the night away and you can hear the dancing and the moving of the chairs...but it wasn't horrible. This is a great location for access to Emile's restaurant and the aft pool, water-slide area. It's also mid-ship so there really wasn't that much movement. However, the balcony is underneath the Emile's restaurant overhang so you won't be able to sunbathe out there. We didn't find it very noisy with the exception of the deck party that was had mid way through the cruise. They had the whole ship separated into teams (red, white and blue) and at one point they had each team stomping and making noise which make the cabin very loud. Cabin 8381..a balcony. Very nice. Plenty of room. Bathroom clean and adequate. The people next to us smoked cigars! The smell came right over to us! The location was midship and also across from the pantry! Very noisy in the morning! It was also under the Lido Deck. Not as noisy, but you can definitely hear it! Not too far from the aft elevators and stairs. I would also suggest to hang something on the mailbox or on your door so that you (or your kids) can spot your cabin right away! It was Easter when we went so I hung a blue sparkled "egg"(cardboard) with our initial on it right from the mailbox! We had a balcony cabin on the Lido deck (9th floor). It was a great location, since the buffet and the pool deck were on the same level. Carnival did a great job of keeping the noise level out of the cabin areas. We never heard any noise, and slept very peacefully. The room was much bigger than we had expected, and we had plenty of space to store our things. The bathroom and shower were good size, and we didn't feel like we were crammed into a small space. The view off the balcony was breathtaking. My fiance proposed on the balcony just as the sun was setting and glistening on the beautiful blue waters....it was PERFECT!!!!  Read entire member review.

First time on this ship class and liked it immediately, big but not TOO big, easy to get around, We had balcony cabins on the Lido deck, 9230 and 9266, heart of the action and yet quiet Cabins were very comfy, plenty of room for a couple and a balcony is pretty cool even though we do not mind interior. Mini fridge we could keep our own drinks in, small flat screen TV which we used to see shipEURO)(TM)s position but otherwise not use, built in room safe accessed with Sail and Sign card kept all the valuables safe (I left an extra $5 a day for room steward which was not touched the first 2 days till I explained it was for him!).  Read entire member review.

Cabin 9249 on Lido deck 9. Found the cabins to be pretty noisy due to constantly slamming doors. Hallway noise was also loud and filtered into the cabin. Cabin size and storage is very good considering the price charged for a balcony.  Read entire member review.

Ample space ,good size bathroom and ample closet and drawer space .Small but serviceable balcony . Only problem with the balcony was that one chair was a recliner type and sat very close to the rail .We were on the Lido deck far forward and it meant a long walk to the stern of the ship and food but it was nice and quiet .I would probably get a cabin more amidships next time .  Read entire member review.
