Mid-Ship Inside Cabins 47 Reviews
With room for up to four guests, these Inside Staterooms come with two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed and additional bedding to accommodate two more. These staterooms are mid-ship, so you'll have easy access to everything on board.

liked being mid ship didn't feel the swell although it was very calm except on the short crossing from Stirrup cay to ship at the bahamas. Cabin a bit on the small side for three adults as a top bunk pulls down from the wall but adequate since you don't spend a lot of time there anyway.  Read entire member review.

Had a wonderful time! by duncanlove
We just took a inside cabin because we do not spend a lot of time in our room. We found the cabin to be smaller then Carnival's but still workable. As long as you are neat and put things away after you use them. The washroom was very nice with a good size shower with glass doors. Two things they did not have was a way to check the balance of your bill from your TV. The othere thing was they did not have 2010 Olympics anywhere on the ship.  Read entire member review.

Best Vacation Ever! by Just Me in SLC
Quiet location, good closet with light, no leg room in the bathroom, room for 4 with a pull down bed. Not much standing room with double and the fold down bed.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 10075 on Deck 10 midship on the Norwegian Jewel is an excellent inside cabin choice. Adequate space, large shower, suitcase under beds, centrally located, quiet, slept like a baby.  Read entire member review.

Rest & relaxation by Cruisin'D&N
We were on deck 10 in an interior cabin near the stairwell between a crew work space and another cabin. The crew kept it quiet and it was nice and quiet the entire cruise. Excellent service by our room steward.  Read entire member review.

Less Than Expected by Wheel n Idaho
Our cabin had paint peeling from several areas in the bathroom. This ship was built in 2005 and already refurbished. I was amazed that peeling paint was permitted or occurring. Apparently, the ship is so highly utilized that no time is available for this type of maintenance. The bathroom was larger than I expected.  Read entire member review.

Plenty of room for everything that we needed, had a large enough tv. enough outlets, and the temperature control was great. The room steward is why this gets a 5.5 rating, he by far went above and beyond, he made every day just a bit better than we even expected.

Good Location, not too far from elevators and activities. Good Closet space, would have preferred draws in the night stand instead of shelving.  Read entire member review.

Nice location 2 floors below buffet. Near middle of the ship so less rocking in nasty weather. Small room but well layed out. Could hear some noise from the staff moving in behind the room at times but it was not too bad.  Read entire member review.

Cabin clean but small two single beds made up into one no room to walk on either side of the bed.Shower largest I have had on cruise ship rest of bathroom small toilet at a funny angle forcing you to sit sideways? Room well serviced by attendant  Read entire member review.

Inside cabin adjacent to midships elevator. Great location as a base for a large ship. No problem with trying to locate your cabin amongst the seemingly endless long corridor of doors. Not a large cabin but adequate for us, two quite large peaople. Ample storage, wardrobe, and shelf space. Shower cubicle will be big enough for even the largest of guests - a bonus in a small cabin space! One floor below busy buffet restaurant, with some noise when diversion rope barriers were engaged at beginning and end of closed periods, though never very late at night.  Read entire member review.

Floor 11, Room 11093, Interior Stateroom: Smaller cabin than other cruise lines, but sufficient shelves for clothing. Bathroom was decent sized for cabin. Downside, we think there was a service hallway behind our room as during the middle of the night we heard metal banging, things dropping/crashing to the floor. It was loud enough to startle us from our sleep as it was the wall against the headrest.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 9527 On NCL Jewel in an inside cabin. Quiet but beside the room stewards elevator. the only time we heard it was on the first & last night when they were moving all the luggage. We love the inside cabin because it is so dark & we sleep as long as our body needs - not when the sun comes up. Also like the location - rooms below us & above us.  Read entire member review.

What can I say? by bubbacruise2000

Room was ok for an inside one. We had plenty of hangers and drawer space and the bathroom was big enough, although you do have to sit sideways on the commode

Could not seat a 6'2" man on the stateroom toilet. Only time this was the case on any of out 13 cruises. This was an inside stateroom which is what we always get regardless of cruise line.  Read entire member review.

Excellent value for money. Bigger bathroom than our balcony cabin on last cruise (Costa Pacifica). Bed was awesome. Slept so well. Air con great. Spotless and well maintained. Enough storage space once unpacked, and luggage just goes under the beds.  Read entire member review.

worst inside staterooms. You are either banging against their closet doors that open up on their own, the bathroom doors or the clattering and noisy shower doors. very tight space in the inside staterooms. housekeeping personnel actually gets mad at small children in the room.  Read entire member review.

We had a modest inside cabin. It was one of the smallest cabins we've ever had, but surprisingly, the bathroom was roomier than expected.  Read entire member review.

We were on deck 4, super quiet. Didn't even hear people walking by. Great closet space, plus shelves for storing other items. Bathroom had a shower door, very nice. Bed was very comfortable. One table was a little too big at the corner making it difficult to get around. Fridge either needs to be bigger or have less items in it for purchase, you can't fit anything else in it.

Our cabin was 5609 which happens to be at the end of the corridor right next to the entrance to the crew quarters. There was never a problem with that and we experienced no noise from there. On a few occasions we did hear some from above.  Read entire member review.
