Balcony Cabins 46 Reviews
These balcony staterooms are located either forward or aft. They include two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed, a sitting area and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private balcony with amazing views.

The cabin was small, but since we spent most of our time touring, we did not mind.

Staterooms are tiny and uncomfortable. Bed is rock hard.

Excellent room. No too close to elevators, but not too far. Room under the bed for luggage and the balcony is decent with no restrictions on view. This room belongs to a Main Life Boat Station for midship loading.  Read entire member review.

Honeymoon on POA by MalervyC

Book cabin 9060!!! It's not noisy, it's right next to the elevator on deck 9 and the balcony is bumped out for more space!

Loved it! by kjcombs89

Cabin was small, but we were off the ship all day, every day. We had a cabin that adjoined with the one next door, and we could occasionally hear the people talking next door (not actual words, just the sound of voices) but that was fine. We were so tired every night that we didn't stay awake long. The balcony was wonderful with two chairs and a small table. The shower is quite small with a curtain. We are average size people, but it would be quite small for a larger person. There is a small, flat screen TV in the room (which we never used) as well as a small refrigerator and a safe for valuables. There was a loveseat, a small coffee table, a small desk and chair and a nice sized closet with drawers. There is also a mirror at the desk, as well as a large mirror over the bed. There is more storage at the desk as well as two end tables next to the bed. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet behind one of the side mirrors and a shelf under the sink. Not much counter space, so bring a hanging cosmetic bag.

Great Dream Cruise by Montman56
Our cabin was small, yet adequate for to of us. The balcony was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the evening out on our balcony watching the ocean. The bathroom was very utilitarian and clean. The shower felt wonderful every mornig. The storage space e had was adequate. The problem was the rented wheel chair. We were required to keep it in our cabin at night, and it filled the entry way. The area of the ship we were in near the aft elevators was very quiet.  Read entire member review.

First time cruise by corvette1963
Cabin 9170 - Great location, quiet with a nice balcony and plenty of space to store everything. The closet has a light in it. The bathroom mirror closest to the wall opens and has 3 shelves in it. There is both hanging space and shelf space in the closet. There are shelves and drawers in the room as well. We had our friends in connecting room 9168 and it was very convenient.  Read entire member review.

We had a balcony cabin on the port side. It was very small but had a lot of storage space. I don't travel light. We had a good view of the Na Pali coast and were close to the elevators. The bathroom was also small but we managed. The bed was comfortable and our attendant was great. The balcony was small but all we needed. The tv didn't get many channels or movies but the room looked nice and very clean.

Awesome in Every Way by crafter188

Good location: it was easy to get anywhere on the ship. Small room, but enough storage (don't forget to put your luggage under the bed) and nice enough size bathroom with permanent soap and shampoo dispensers. Comfortable bed. Gary used the coffee maker every morning for his first shot of coffee. Our room was adjoining with our sons in 9564, which was very convenient.

We were on deck 9 towards the back. The was cabin was nice and clean. It had a different configuration from Princess ships. There was lots of shelves and baskets in the closet and plenty drawers in the main cabin. Luggage fitted under the bed. There was also a coffee maker in the room which is a great idea for your first cup of coffee. The bathroom is a little small and corner medicine cabinet was a little difficult to put stuff in. There were soap/shampoo dispensers provided. The soap dispenser by the sink leaked and was a little messy to clean up. The shower stall was a little on the small side - plenty of towels and face cloths provided. Robes and beach towels were also in the cabin. Golf clubs can be stored on the ship for $20 for the week. We opted not to do this as we were golfing in Maui and the clubs were being left with my sister. Our cabin steward was Josh - very nice fellow. He was always around and provided bottled water when I asked for it. He also made a travel animal and gave us a painted ceramic tile (he paints on his days off). I thought this was a nice touch. Two complaints, one is the full bottle of beer in one of the cupboards and an empty beer bottle on the deck. Please check cupboards and deck for any empty liquor/beer bottles. The second is with luggage. Two of our bags arrived but my husband's luggage didn't arrive until 2:30 am the next morning. The staff had to do a deck to deck search to find it. The other complaint I have is with the key cards. Towards the end of the cruise we had to go to the main desk to get them reactivated. This was very annoying and frustrating to us. Surely in this day and age there has to be a better way to access your cabin.  Read entire member review.

Pride of America - 7/23 by luckystarmom
The balcony room (9676) was very similar to the Norwegian Star and Norwegian Pearl, but the bathroom is noticeably smaller. There was lots of storage in the room, and it never felt cramped. The port side balcony was great for viewing the Napali coast, and I recommend that side of the boat for balcony rooms. The only issue was a urine smell in the bathroom. It didn't go into the cabin, but it lingered for a few days.  Read entire member review.

We had room 9166. Love the location. Was a bit apprehensive about the balcony location but once I saw it I loved it. Being on the end you have a Full 180 degree view of your side of the ship as opposed to those balconies with the wall out to the railing edge. Also you have alot more room in the hallway because of the corner location. Even though it was close to the elevator it was quiet. However, these rooms are really small. Smallest we've ever had on a ship and we always get a balcony room. My husband (6'0" - 240 lbs) and I (5'7" - 180 lbs) often had to step into the bathroom or on the balcony to change places as you can't do so where the desk /sofa is located and/or anywhere around the bed.  Read entire member review.
