WONDERFUL TRIP BUT... by kentish cruisers

Small. Double bed against a wall so one of you has to either clamber over the other or exit at the bottom.

Cabin 401 is in a great location, nearest to center of ship. It is next to Guest Relations and very near the Discovery Lounge. It is the closest cabin to the stairway leading to Darwin's restaurant.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was compact, but well designed with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a good size. Apart from the suites there is little difference between the cabins. It is a quiet ship.  Read entire member review.

Tiny but well kept; beds were comfortable, and good closet space. Shower nice and roomy. You hear the anchor every morning and feel the ship sway all night long. you get used to it. Public rooms are nice; nothing is luxury at all. The breakfasts were fine; LUNCH IS THE BEST MEAL EVERY DAY; and dinner just all right except for lobster so whenever they have it, eat it!

A Very Classy Affair by Marcoottawa
The cabins were well laid-out with ample storage space and comfortable beds although unusual in that they are mummy type single beds put together but they do not make a double bed. The bed against the wall is a little more difficult to access but having them apart takes space away form the sitting area.  Read entire member review.

Two spacious closets, built in safe for valuables. Not enough power outlets.  Read entire member review.

The rooms were slightly smaller that other cruise ships we had been on, but more than adequate with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. The beds were fine, but we couldn't see how they would make into a comfortable double bed since the foot of the bed tapered down a few inches - plus someone would be trapped against the wall. Didn't miss having a balcony on this trip.  Read entire member review.

This was a very nice cabin seems larger than most with wider window. Plenty of storage space. Convenient location. May have had more motion than on lower deck. Only noise from anchor.  Read entire member review.

We stayed in Cabin 414. It's on deck 4, about mid-ship, and was fine. Deck 4 is conveniently located to the Discovery Lounge, where the briefings and entertainment take place. No balcony, but I didn't think we needed a balcony. The room was quiet and in a good location on the ship. By the way, fIf you're expecting world-class entertainment, this is not the ship for you. Also, there are no elevators on board so access for the disabled may be a challenge.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was ample and had great cool air. Being on the main activity floor was a plus as the ship doesn't have elevators. Upper level cabins have more roll.  Read entire member review.

Xpedition, XP Cabin 417. Port side, forward. Adequate space. Good mattress. Adequate storage. Noise from anchor chain. Would choose a cabin more mid ship if possible. Loved deck 4, close to Discovery Lounge and Bar. No drawer space but 2 closets with good shelf space. Room under bed for additional storage.

Everything they say is true... Great by CruisingBetterThanCooking

Room was very nice. Not quite as large as those we've had on the "big ships", but perfectly acceptable. The bathroom and shower did seem a little smaller (and the room's ceiling was a bit lower?), but otherwise fine. One item to note: the bathroom floor is raised about 8 inches which means anyone over 6'4" is going to be bending over a bit in the shower. I'm 6' and didn't have any problems with it.

A Bucket List Cruise! by Arling2nGal

We had a regular cabin on the 3rd level. I have nothing to add to the many other reviews except to say that the cabin was comfortable, had adequate storage, and a wonderful shower for a cruise ship. We hardly spent any time in the cabin. During the little free time that we had, we stayed in the lounge or sat outside. We did experience the rocking that others have complained about, but it was not bothersome to us. Now I know what it must feel like as a baby to be rocked!
