Cabin 6312. Right above the casino and promendade. Can be loud at night.

Cabin was above and below smoking areas and apparently the ventalition system on this ship isn't that great. A problem for me, but maybe no one else. At least it was quiet.  Read entire member review.
We felt our room was more than adequate.  We had sufficient closet space and hung a shoerack over the bathroom door to keep track of the smaller items.  We were close to stairs and elevator and the balcony was great!!  Read entire member review.
Wonderful Time by Andoria

Easily accessible to the elevator and it had a nice balcony. The only issue was the NOISE. It is across the hall from a storage room and close enough to the elevators that you could hear people talking at all hours.

Empress deck, balcony. Very quiet and very close to both the stairs and elevator

Great Balcony and quiet location. I liked this floor because you had cabins above you and below you and you had no noise from the public rooms.  Read entire member review.
Great for the price by kevininco
7-355 was great. 2 floors below the pool and 2 bove the main deck where everything was. Right in the middle of the ship. They just need to make sure it is very clean each time  Read entire member review.
Very nice by marief19

7358: Decent space, very comfortable bed. I would take a room on the odd number side next time so I can better see the arrival and departure in port. WEll situated cabin, did not feel the ship move.

Total Relaxation! by Cruising Golfer

Lots of room for everything. Deck 7 is very quiet!!!

We has a standard balcony room. I think for two people it was quite enough room. They have plenty on spaces to put your stuff. We didn't even use all the space that was available to us. But if you were traveling with more then two people it "may" be a bit tight. The balcony was great to have....  Read entire member review.
Good location, quiet, you can hear people in the hall. The balcony was good for 2 people but no more. Best storage space I have ever seen on a ship and the loghts made it very bright, which as nice. Bed was comfy, felt right at home.  Read entire member review.

7369; Across from crew space, and tended to be noisy late at night.

Plenty of space under the beds for luggage storage
There's a fold-up bed that drops down from the ceiling
TV remote has no paint on the buttons anymore
Bathroom light must be turned on for power outlet to work in bathroom (so no camera chargers unless you keep  the light on)
Couldn't get the TV Network System to work...always said "Network Not available" for checking accounts, etc.

Very cramped once the uppers were pulled down. Small bathroom and I found it to be cramped for four people. Balcony was a nice additional space, though.  Read entire member review.
Great balcony, great size, enough closet space.  Read entire member review.
Convenient location between elevators, down the hall from laundry. Loved Empress deck in generalcabins above and below, 2 decks up or down to all the action.  Read entire member review.
Great location except for those occasionally loud neighbors across the hallway. :)  Read entire member review.
Carnival still delivers by Alabama traveler
Cabin number 7393 was excellent for dinner time because you entered the near by elevator and exited out on the lido deck right at the kitchen door. We found no fault at all with this cabin or it's location.  Read entire member review.
Balcony for 3 people was just fine. With two cleanings per day, the cabin maintained some kind of simblance. We didn't need anymore room. But I wouldn't do a cruise with children without a balcony!!!  Read entire member review.
7404: noisy, partiers off elevator until 4am  Read entire member review.
Amazing cruise! by brizee06

Loved this room! Best side of the boat to have for a balcony. Really quiet location too!

Nice cabin, but balcony a little small for the lounge chairs. Regular chairs would fit better. We could clearly see in the bridge from the balcony, which of course means the bridge personal could see our balcony too. Worth noting if you're into nude sunbathing!  Read entire member review.
This is a standard balcony cabin. It is quiet and a prime location for viewing the ship arriving and leaving the ports.  Read entire member review.
8224: the cabin was nice and quiet.  Read entire member review.

The room was very spacious, with a couch and table, and lots of closet space. We also had 8229, next door. We asked at Customer Service to have the partition opened between our two balconies. It was great! We could see the officers standing in the Bridge area from our balcony. There are just staterooms above and below, so no noise. Very comfortable.

Great balcony--very quiet location--Had a big table which took too much of the room, had steward remove.  Read entire member review.
A great relaxing cruise by Neal Schneider
great balcony, lots of room to hang pants suit problem with noise.  Read entire member review.
We had Stateroom 8263, which was adjacent to the elevator bay. I was hesitant at first, concerned about potential noise (i.e., continual foot traffic, people constantly talking, etc). We heard NO noise at all. Perfect location.  Read entire member review.
Great vacation on the Valor 08/12/2012 by Family Vacation Planner
Spacious room, nice bath, wonderful balcony, great location near elevator  Read entire member review.
8339 - Mid ship Balcony cabin. Comfortable bed, three large closets, Great Balcony view with two deck chairs and small table. Near the elevators mid ship. Good for being close to elevator, but you do hear noise from kids and people who talk loudly when they are walking to their rooms. Would move down one level. The buffet and pool deck are right above and you hear the scraping of chairs at night and in the morning and also when the crew rolls anything heavy from deck above.  Read entire member review.
Cabin was awesome. Lots of cupboard and closet space. Great balcony awesome view.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was very comfortable, nice and clean, the closets had lots of space, the bathroom´s size was perfect and it was always clean, the balcony is totally worth it, and the most important thing, the bed, this one was very comfortable, the only thing they need to change is the T.V., it is very outdated; overall, my cabin was perfect, I really liked the fact that my cabin´s location was on the quiet side of the ship so there was never a single noise. They also have a safe box and a small fridge.

back of ship, could hear chairs being moved on lido deck above, room air conditioning was not as good as we have experienced on other ships.  Read entire member review.
Great Cruise!! by jondude64

Very noisy as the lido deck and Rosie's restaurant is right above the room. Would not recommend booking an 8th floor room in the AFT section of this ship. I had to get the room attendant to get me a fan to drown out the noise. If I do it again, I will look at the 7th deck.

Valor's balcony room on deck 6 had, stale cigarette odor for 7 days onboard. Below room was casino. Never heard the slots, but they had a small staging area in casino where a band played every night from 8 p.m. till 1:30 a.m. and the bass drum sound permeated through the floor, or mattress and pillows. Couldn't sleep much for 7 days with the banging of the bass drum. With tv on you could still hear the noise. Everything else was okay in the room. They did leave a paper when we got into the room that talked about dust clouds?? and had a pic of a bug on the paper. They said don't put luggage under bed. They could get into luggage. They could be found in corners of closets etc.  Read entire member review.
