We stayed in cabin 7040. This cabin has a balcony which is approximately 100 square feet and included two chairs a table and a lounge chair. Cabin was neat and had adequate storage and was in a very quiet location. Cabin size was approximately 160 square feet. The bed is comfortable but small and curved at the foot to allow for space to walk around. This cabin in adjacent to the the forward elevators and is convenient for accessing most of the ship.  Read entire member review.

Cabin 7138 - E3 deluxe oceanview balcony stateroom - partway down the hallway, pretty quiet; nice sized closet, plenty of hangers; balcony furniture covered in flecks of white paint, so not appealing, nor comfortable either; bed in cabin was extremely comfortable; lighting in cabin a bit dim overall; very comfortable chair at vanity, with well lighted mirror; safe worked well; lots of room to store things; bathroom well laid out; door to the bathroom a little narrow;  Read entire member review.

The cabin was very small and the closets so tiny the clothes hangers hit the closet door when closed. Worst balcony I've ever had. It was 41 sq. feet, shaped like a triangle, the 2 deck chair took up all the room on the balcony. It protrude about 4 feet in front of the other balcony that were aft of our balcony and faced aft with a view of the entire side of the ship with no overhead covering and no privacy. There are 6 cabins like this on the Jewel of the Seas and passengers should be alerted to the fact that it is a very strange design balcony.  Read entire member review.

It was in a nice, quiet location (of course, it was also a rather quiet cruise). Size-wise it's what I'd expect for a cruise ship. The balcony was plenty big enough. Only complaint is directly under the balcony is a roof that covers I think an outer walkway on deck 4. We couldn't look straight down to the ocean but rather had about a 30 degree angle before we could see anything.  Read entire member review.

This cabin, although 7 floor below the Vortex Lounge, is plagued by music noise from said lounge. There is also a roof that covers the lifeboats on the deck below this cabins balcony ... it prevents you from looking down at the water ... you have an unobstructed view at an arms (roof) length. This roof is used by the staff as a catwalk. Keep your curtains closed if you are in a state of undress or affection ... and by all means, be totally dress if you are on your balcony!  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was fine. We had been on this ship before so knew what to expect. As always you wish you had more storage. Our number one biggest complaint was the newly installed low wattage hair dryer which I found to be a joke. There was a fair amount of under bed storage for our three smaller size suitcases. A good number of hangers. The bathroom while tiny has a pretty good size shower. The balcony door was not in good shape, the weather wear on the outside door handle made it difficult to open.  Read entire member review.

Good room... quiet! Far from elevators, so be prepared to walk. You feel the rocking a lot if it is a windy day. Never disturbed during naps or sleeping due to the quiet location. I would stay in it again.  Read entire member review.
