When we arrived on the ship our cabin #6132 & #6128 were all ready for us. Most of our luggage had already arrived in our cabins as well. We had an upper veranda cabin right next to each other and we asked our cabin steward to remove the partition connecting our balconies to make it one large balcony and he did. These cabins were in a great location on the ship. Very close to the elevators which took us right up to the lido for breakfast and lunch. Also very convenient to the main dinning room for dinners. In the evening we had to walk a bit to get back to our cabins from the theatre and casino but still a great location. You can't have it all close to you. Room was just fine -- enough room for 2 people. In addition to the bed, there was a sitting area with a small couch (sits 2 comfortably, 3 tightly) and a chair. Balcony can stand 4-5 very comfortably. Room is very close to the aft elevators, which was convenient -- take it up to Lido buffet or down to main dining room. Room was quiet. This is a great room on the Port side.

Upgraded from a VH to a VB (6149). I thought the room was plenty big for us. Great storage space, small sitting area and wicker chairs on the balcony. Tub with a shower and the normal size bathroom. The only drawback was if my wife was standing at the foot of the bed I couldn't get from the seating area to the bathroom without her moving or jumping on the bed. Lots of storage space (we had two suitcases and two A4-type bags full of stuff). The bed was comfortable. I recommend bringing a squeegee so you can clean the balcony windows if they get wet. I used a towel but it wasn't quite able to do the job adequately. The cabin had a shower only (no tub) but since I haven't used a tub in years and neither has my wife we didn't miss it. We went to the spa whirlpool to satisfy any "tub" cravings. There was a nightstand on each side of the bed. There was a TV with a DVD player. They had a movie list of about 1,000 movies you could get delivered to your room. There was a small sofa that couldn't be moved (I wanted to move it 90 degrees so it would face the balcony). We brought the chairs from the balcony into the room while in Glacier Bay. And there was one additional chair that seemed out of place (my wife indicated she saw a room full of these chairs that others found as useful as we did). There was a blow dryer permanently affixed inside a cabinet at the desk. My wife had to dry her hair sitting at the desk. There was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. The body wash tore my face up so I had to stop using it. I had to use the soap I brought with me for my face. We never felt cramped.  Read entire member review.

Our room was great, but I can't recall the #. It was a VB room and perhaps, because it had a sofa that converted to a bed for a 3rd person, had extra storage above the sofa. It had easy access to the aft elevators but very quiet.  Read entire member review.
