Veranda Stateroom with balcony, suite 4177, was excellent, with the exception of the Air conditioning and mini-fridge problem mentioned previously. Three floor-to-ceiling storage closets with plenty of room to hang clothes, also has a full length mirror inside the door. Roomy bathroom with detachable shower hose, ample supply of soaps, conditioners, and lotions, and large cozy bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. There is plenty of shelf and rack space, as well as a wall to wall mirror and medicine cabinet. Beautiful wall holders contain drinking glasses and glass soap dishes. The cabin contained either a king or queen bed, composed of two smaller beds (we could not feel the separation between the mattresses), and the bed was amazingly comfortable - not hard, but very supportive. Personal book reading lights are set in the mirrored headboard on both sides of the bed, and all light switches are right there in the head board, as well as inside the cabin door. The room included two bath robes, two-person couch, a small oval dining table and comfortable table's chair, mini-fridge supplied with liquor and water, a desk and stool, large mirrors, make-up magnifying mirror, TV, DVD player, a small food cabinet, hair dryer, two glasses and silver platter with ice bucket equipped with a water spigot which is refilled for you each day by staff. The balcony is exclusive and private with a glass balcony railing, equipped with two comfortable deck chairs and coffee table. There is enough room to include four people seated, five or six standing. This cabin is perfectly situated half way up the ship at the right rear - literally the last cabin facing starboard. My only real complaint is that there were only two wall outlets in the room (in other words, you can only plug in two things) and only one in the bathroom. When you need to charge your cell phones and portable devices, it can be frustrating (we had two cell phones, electric cigarette changer, portable DVD charger, and the portable fan they gave us to cool the room when the air conditioner failed.  Read entire member review.
Deluxe Veranda Suite, 4180. Location was perfect - back corner of the ship, thus offering a HUGE wrap-around balcony. But somewhere along the line, the room itself lost space and didn't much look like the floorplan or photos of the suite. Granted, the staterooms vary in layout depending on location, but for the price we paid, this room needs to be better spaced. The location offered great peacefulness since it's at the end of the hallway. Absolutely no traffic so it was wonderful. If the sound of engine hum bothers you, don't book this suite. Having said that, we actually found that sound soothing and lulling. Superb views since we had both a side and rear view.  Read entire member review.
The aft corner "wrap-around" suite is our "crack" on board, Although smaller than the SA suites on Deck 7 the huge veranda with a table for four with chairs, two chairs with ottomans and two loungers (which could hold 15-20 for a sail-away ) and the 42 feet of running aft/side balcony rail is what always sells it for us. This feature provided, I believe, the best views from the ship and was perfect for Glacier Bay viewing and allowed for great on-board whale sightings 4 out of 7 days on-board. We will book nothing else when possible. The cabin itself had plenty of room for all three of us during the day. The King bed was extremely comfortable with a vast selection of pillows. The five closets and under-bed space provided than enough clothing/luggage storage. In-room amenities included a mini-bar (which went into the dressing area stool) so the frig could be used for ice and other bottles ( we had our steward keep both our small ice bucket and large wine bucket filled with ice all day. The dry bar held a good variety of glass and bar wear which was replaced when used. The twin vanity bathroom was very roomy and useabl  Read entire member review.

SC 5190: Huge wrap balcony, side looked like bowling alley. 2 Lounge Chairs, 2 Chairs with Ottomans and Table with 4 chairs. Inside King Bed, small LCD screen TV (placed on side wall which was strange for viewing), huge bathroom with whirlpool bath/shower combo and separate shower stall, two sinks, 3 door closet storage in dressing room area and another 4 doors of closet space next to bed. Small fridge and bar area.  Read entire member review.
Cabin 6164 was spacious, beautifully maintain and equipped. The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. It's located at the center of the stern. The verandah was private, quiet and always had a spectacular view. NOTE: Cabin 6164 is an accessible cabin so the bathroom does not include a whirlpool bath.  Read entire member review.

Great wrap around deck but there is little to no overhang on the back if it rains, but the side does have overhang. Very quiet. Less closet space than the SA category. Great views and I loved it.

We had cabin 7048 on deck 7 which is a deluxe verandah suite and had plenty of room. There were 2 of us occupying it and the cabin holds at least 5 or 6. We found the closets to be spacious. Cabin 7048 is near the Neptune Lounge where we went for breakfast bites or even breakfast. There is food there, h'dourves, whenever the Lounge is open.  Read entire member review.

Large, comfortable room. Queen size bed. Had a shower and tub with jets. Bathroom has two sinks and two cabinets for make-up and toiletries. Two dressing tables. Each able had 4 small drawers. Two large pull-out drawers under the bed. Room to store 4 regular suitcases under the bed. Two standard size ship's closets. The life jackets take two of the top shelves. Shelves are adjustable. Closet also has a safe. Room is made-up twice, but more can be requested, there is a "service requested" sign available to put on the outside of the door. Room service is available ; remember a tip for server. Our cabin stewards were very helpful, friendly and available when needed.
