Cabin Rating
The high point of this cabin the balcony which is literally at least 100 feet long. It is quite large, but the bathroom is certainly nothing speccial for a suite.  Read entire member review.
Wow, wow, wow! by HappyMomof1
C104 (Cozumel Suite) is a full suite right at the very front of the ship, port side. The monstrous balcony includes a table with chairs and a separate area with loungers. The view was so fabulous, we watched entry & exit of ports from our balcony instead of joining passengers on outside decks. Closets were numerous and more than we needed. Suite amenities were outstanding: slippers, robes, upgraded toiletries including loofah sponge, superb shampoo, shower gel, lotion, etc. We felt like royalty!  Read entire member review.
Sapphire Princess C107. Tons of storage, I thought I wouldn't find all my stuff on the way out. Bath had one sink and a long full tub. a little high to step into but big. Nice bedroom, big window. makeup desk. Two phones, two seperate temp controls. a writing desk. Welcome basket of fruit, and free bar setup of 8 mini bottles plus stuff in the frige. Long walk to everything but the Wheelhouse bar was just down three floors and the theater. Veranda had table, 4 chairs plus two loungers. Had a party there with 4 or 5 people out there. Used the wrap around deck while in port. Nice quiet area, attendant was "right there". I think he opened my door for me 1/3rd of the time. 2 TV's. PLENTY of room.  Read entire member review.

We had our first (and probably only) chance to cruise in a full suite, and it was a great experience. This is the "Cancun Suite," located far forward on the starboard side. It has a bedroom and living area separated by a door. It's most outstanding feature is the wraparound balcony. The balcony is in two parts, a regular area with deck furniture and the huge wraparound area; they are separated by a door that was, at times, locked. The door was always open in port, and more than half of the time at sea. However, it can be extremely windy since it is in the very front. When the wind was predicted to be strong, the cabin steward had orders to lock that door and tie down the deck furniture; that made it less usable, of course. However, he opened the door and untied the furniture whenever he could. Because the bridge was directly above the balcony and light can affect bridge crew ability to see, we could not use the balcony light at night (no problem), and had to keep the curtains pulled at night.
We got fresh flowers twice during the cruise, once at embarkation and again about 10 days later. The "upgraded" shampoo and conditioner were not good--I wish I had brought my own. The bed was quite comfortable. We had problems with the phone, and despite it being "fixed" twice, the problem reoccurred; we gave up on it.
Service was outstanding--not only by the cabin steward, but if we didn't make a reservation for dinner at a particular time, we got a call asking us if we wanted one. And we always got the time and restaurant we wanted, something we didn't experience from regular cabins.

We stayed in C409, a premium suite amidship on Deck 10 (Caribe). Beg, borrow, or steal the money because the premium suite is worth every penny! Very large and comfortably appointed. We found the firm mattress very comfortable but several people we befriended found it too hard so I suggested they ask for an egg crate. The bathroom was huge, with a full-size shower and a whirlpool tub, and a second room with a sink, toilet, and large vanity. Soaps, shampoos, etc., were high quality, according to my wife. Bath towels were large but relatively thin and scratchy. Robes were very comfortable. The bedroom closet was good size, plenty large enough for us to hang lots of clothes, with several shelves for shoes. Drawer space in the bedroom was very generous. The bedroom also comes with a desk and chair. The suite portion of the cabin included a desk with chair, sofa, and comfy chair, and a mini-fridge. There were two televisions in the suite, one in each room. The suite has a very large partially covered balcony, with a round table and four chairs, and two thickly padded lounge chairs. Our steward came to the cabin and introduced himself. We didn't see much of him during the cruise but he made up the room several times during the day. We received a bowl of fresh fruit upon our arrival, and a new bowl of fruit twice during the cruise. The fridge was stocked with 6 soft drinks of our choice and an assortment of eight mini-bottles of booze were set up on the bar counter to the left of the television. Fresh flowers were also placed in the suite for our arrival.  Read entire member review.
