A701 - Could be noisy at times. Noise from chairs being moved around could be heard throughout the day or night. Convenient to be only 1 deck below the Horizon Court.  Read entire member review.

Great Cruise by rfinn5
Great cabin qith plenty of room. The bathroom has limited shelf space. Princess told us the beds could not be placed in queen configuration but we found out on the last day that they were moved for the next occupants.  Read entire member review.

B312 was a great location, not far from the mid or forward elevators.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin, which was Baja 427, was immediately inside the hallway after exiting the elevators. We were concerned it would be noisy, particularly on this New Years cruise. It was a wonderful and surprisingly quiet balcony location. Cabin was typical Princess size.  Read entire member review.

Room B437 was near the elevators, but we never heard any noise. Great midship location.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was C504. We could not believe how quiet it was. The temperature was very comfortable and we could adjust it within the cabin. There was more than enough drawers, shelves, closet space and hangers and under the bed shortage which was fantastic. The shower was small but manageable. The bath had shelves to store our toiletries which was nice. The ship was so smooth sailing, nothing ever fell off shelves. We thought we had a queen size bed but it was more like a king. Mattress was firm but comfortable. Can't say enough good things about the cabin.  Read entire member review.

Caribe deck cabins 515, 519, and 523. Get these. They're in the middle of the ship on the starboard side. Comfortable, quiet, and adjoining balconies.  Read entire member review.

A228 -- This is the standard balcony cabin with the outside area taken from space that would be included in the standard ocean-view layout. The balcony is covered and less than 30 square feet, with two low chairs and a small table. The balcony door is heavy and robust. This cabin on Aloha Deck (12) is one flight of stairs below Lido Deck. Because it's near the bow, getting to eating areas means lots of walking, though access to the Princess Theater is easy. With the door closed, you'll hear PA announcements but won't be able to pick out the words. No laundromats or other noise-makers nearby.  Read entire member review.

Only in california by cruising deacon
We almost always take a balcony cabin, a few times we have taken various suites, but I don't think they offer you that much more for additional cost. A balcony is nice to have, we seem to use it more than others who have balcony cabins near us. There have been times when others on baconies near by were so loud that they kind of spoiled the cruising atmosphere, but not on this cruise. Now that Princess doesn't allow smoking on the balcony, I enjoy the balcony much more than before.  Read entire member review.

Adequate storage space - especially since your luggage can go under the bed. Balcony was fine for 2+ child, but would be cramped otherwise. Cabin was very close to elevators, but not too noisy.  Read entire member review.

Our balcony cabin on deck 11 Baja # 528 Plenty big enough for 3 people. Four is pushing it as it was only apx. 180 sq. ft. 9 'X 20' Railing (wood) was in dire straits for sanding & varnishing the rest of the room was pretty nice, flat screen TV etc. We had a shower not drain and 1 toilet clog but they were quick to repair. Never heard our neighbors, quiet room despite loud toilet flushes. We were close to stairs and elevator mid-ship convienient.  Read entire member review.

Very large balcony, at least twice the size of the balconies of more modern ships. Very large easy to reach closet. Great storage space overall. No Couch, but nice dressing table with hair dryer mounted above the table, not taking up valuable drawer space. Small, old-style, uncomfortable shower.  Read entire member review.
