The Shower/wash room wasn't as clean as we would have liked (or expected). There was quite a lot of staining in the grouting tiles and some tiles were broken. Generally as you look around the washroom you can tell it's not had a good clean in a long time. Also there was dust evident around where the TV sits which again indicated that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I don't know if this is because the turnaround time is so quick. We wiped it down in the end. The lining of the curtains also had quite a lot of marks/stains and the tie backs were broken so you could not use them. I think our general impression was a lack of maintenance. Balcony is small just enough room for two chairs and a very small table. Table had some stains; we cleaned it in the end, but does the job at the end of the day of some outdoor space... Our room attendant was good, but I would avoid this room again as he sets up his cleaning cart outside so there was often noise, and also it is adjacient/above the main entrance/exit at Barcellona where they play loud welcoming music.  Read entire member review.

Balcony cabin a bit smaller than other balcony cabins I've had due to the two feet or so that are removed from the cabin and added to the bathroom for the sliding door that separated the toilet area. I think I'd rather the space be in the cabin as we never closed that door even thought we were two ladies sharing. All in all the cabin was nicely appointed and comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Never having been on a cruise before I did not know what to expect for a cabin. The cabin was great. I am a fussy person and I had no issues with this cabin. Space was big enough for a king sized bed and a 3/4 couch/futon, desk, chair and built in dresser. Closet space was great, lots of hangers and my husband discovered that the suitcases fit under the bed - great discovery as that left lots of room in the closet for shoes, backpacks and parcels. The bed was super comfortable. The balcony - everyone says it is small. I found it fine. I used it every morning and every evening to have my coffee and fresh air break on. I don't know why people want a large balcony - for the 15 mins a day you spend on it, why do u need it any larger? The ship provides lots of space for sunbathing, quiet rooms, etc. For me the balcony was great. Bathroom was fantastic. You walked in to the sink area, on the right with a sliding door was the toilet and on the left with a sliding door was the shower. It was a good size. Our location mid-ship/balcony was quiet. Cabin was small but with careful planning it won't seem so bad. Bathroom has three areas. To the right is a small area for the toilet, has a sliding tour. The middle area was the sink with a little shelving for toiletries and to the right was the shower with a removable shower head. The balcony was small but fine for two people any more then that you might have to do some shuffling to get around. Only one night stand in the room. Couch was right next to balcony if you needed it for a bed you might have trouble going out to the balcony. The TV was a flat screen. This cabin had a queen bed and one nightstand, small couch, desk and deskchair. It could be tight at times. The closet and storage shelves were ample. The balcony was fine and it sure made the room feel bigger. The bathroom was the best part. It was divided into 3 sections. One side was a tiled shower with removable showerhead and a sliding door to close it off from the center section that contained the sink and some shelving. our cabin was excellent- middle of the ship, balcony, nobody across from us, quiet neighbors, close to the elevators. The closet space was fine. We were in cabin 10606. It was not even close to what we saw in the NCL brochure. The sink was chipped....walls had dents and the glass on the outer balcony was dirty and grimy. We asked for softer pillows but were told they were only available in the suites. Amazing!  Read entire member review.
