Our interior D2 cabin was located on the 12th deck, mid-ship, room 12043. Our room steward did a wonderful job maintaining our stateroom. Our chief complaint was the frequent noise from crew and passengers dragging deck chairs above us. The bank of rooms in this area was directly below an open-air deck where the noise was sometimes grating. Another passenger in our area also confirmed she heard lots of noise as well. Unless guests are indifferent or deaf, we would suggest avoiding this area in future bookings. However, we did appreciate the easy access to the 12th deck public pool area and the upper deck view and lounge areas.

Typical inside, had two beds in ceiling, but would be very cramped if these were occupied. Closet space/drawers fine for one or two, but too limited if cabin had four people in it.
There was early morning noise from Deck 13 above, Read entire member review. |

The cabin was an inside room, but had a window over looking the atrium. It was clean, tidy with sufficient (just) storage areas for clothes for two. The bathroom and shower (Heads if you want to be nautical) were clean and very adequate, the soap and shampoos were replaced as required as were the towels and shower robes. The bed was excellent, large and comfortable with a good selection of pillows. The T.V. in the room was a flat screen, but the sound quality was poor. The room service I received was excellent.
The fridge was stocked with water and canned drinks, but this was very expensive. $5.00 for a bottle of water. There were no difficulties in bringing drinks from shore. Read entire member review. |

We were on deck 4 at the very front in an internal cabin. You can feel the boat hitting against the waves in rough seas but this was not an issue. As we did not have any ports of call I can not say if you hear the anchor or not when it is lowered. The room was well laid out with ample closet and draw space. If you have large luggage it can be a challenge to put it out of the way. The bathroom was very nice and well designed. The water pressure was excellent as well as the temparture of it. The cabin itself allows for good temperture regulation. The lighting is nice and enables you to read in bed if you so desire. The location was great in that you did not have a lot of people passing ourside your door, it was close to the lifts and stairs and you did not feel the movement of the ship as much as you would on the higher decks.
