Told we would be better on port side and mid ship. We were starboard side and near the back, but no problems, no undue noise, near staircase D, not far from our restaurant, handy for most things, not crowded. Could see statue of liberty when we came into port. Sheltered balcony - great. Maybe not so good in good weather as solid base (not see through) so would need to stand up to see view, but for November from UK to New York more than adequate! Very comfortable beds, great service from cabin staff, shower and w/c perfectly adequate, had settee and table. TV was useful for information and had loads of good films for those who feel so inclined at no extra cost. This cabin was connected to one next door, this wasn't a problem on our cruise. Great Cabin, good clear view, lots of room, simple classy room, we both really loved the location and would not have changed it for anything... Read entire member review. |

Cabin was exactly as expected - reasonable size, sheltered balcony. Worth considering, however, is noise. Walk along the corridor and as you approach 5142 the noise increases and as you pass that noise decreases. It's the noise of ether machinery or electrics but it is a definite noise. Being midships and reasonably low down in the ship it is ideal to combat the Force 11 experienced on the outward journey. Read entire member review. |

This is a sheltered balcony stateroom - Category B1. Very well situated about 1/3 of the way back from the Bow and on the starboard side - the side you want for an Eastbound crossing. Storage was fine for a short cruise but could be tight for a longer one. The bed had to be supplemented with an egg crate topper before my wife found it comofortable. Read entire member review. |

6160 - Good location in ship but not worth the Premium Balcony money. Balconey is fully enclosed steel with no glass and no view of the ocean unless you are standing up right along the very high railing. If you are seated or in your stateroom all you will see is steel, not water. Stateroom bed very comfortable and fittings standard and suitable for our needs. Read entire member review. |

Good sized Cabin with larger then normal sheltered balcony! Very quiet but it was the QM2.6192 is a very good location on this ship as it is very central and right on a bulkhead next to the elevators in Stairwell "C". Read entire member review. |

Princess Grill Suite (deck 10) was the best thing we did - up graded from Balcony on deck 12.
Lots of storage space - both hanging and drawers/shelves - good size walk in wardrobe. Large bathroom with full vanity and shower over bath. 3 seater lounge and 1 seater - nice wide balcony with comfortable sun lounges Read entire member review. |

Nice cabin and probably the quietest air conditioning we have experienced on a ship. We were not really happy with the clothes hanging arrangements and were amazed to find that there were no hangers in one cupboard. This was remedied by our steward who supplied us with wire hangars! Cunard White Star Service clearly did not apply. Perhaps previous customers had left the ship with the original hangars. Read entire member review. |
