We had a veranda, cabin 214. The size was very comfortable. The view from our balcony was great. We were towards the bow and on the port side. Leaving from Barcelona on this itinerary I recommend the port side.  Read entire member review.
We were located toward the front of the ship. We only had a port view. Did not need a balcony on this cruise. We slept great. We had a great stewart and crew.  Read entire member review.

Our room was nice and clean. The fold-out sofa bed was not remotely comfortable and needed replacing. The bathroom was bigger than we expected and even had a small tub. The balcony was nice, but you can't see through it like most of the other rooms. That didn't seem too important to us because you are standing when you want to see something.

Great view from our balcony cabin. The outer door was broken and had to be kept locked.     Read entire member review.

Our room was kept very clean by Heri, our steward. There were three in the cabin - my husband, daughter and me. It is compact but, with creative nooks for storage, doable. We enjoyed the verandah and even spotted a few whales right on our own balcony.

4065 was a great place to be during the stormy beginning of our cruise. Comfortable cabin size with sofa and chair, wonderful bed, plenty of view despite "obstructed ocean view". Plenty of light. Nice-size bathroom with tub. Plenty of closet and cabinet space but too few hangers. Liked the desk with its make-up mirror. Very quiet cabin location, but close to everything.  Read entire member review.

most of the view was obscured by a lifeboat structure. Still, it was nice to have a window.
This is a mid-ship location, the first room in its corridor as you leave the stairwell or elevators. I could occasionally hear the elevator bell, but this was not disturbing, and I am a light sleeper. I found the location very convenient.

Great balcony, able to sit on balcony even when the ship was moving. Not too windy. Close to elevators to Dining room and Lido.  Read entire member review.

Really nice cabin with ample space for clothing and getting around. We were so pleased with the tub and the balcony was a perfect size for two.  Read entire member review.

Small rooms compared to other cruise ships, many defects reported, none repaired or addressed. Torn curtains, magnifying mirror at desk did not work, cabinet in bathroom had broken cross bars therefore would not hold anything back, remote did not work, laundry service a joke. Stateroom attendants were excellent though.

Cabin was OK but a little tired

I like this deck in the middle of the ship. One thing I did not like about the closets there was not enough room for the clothes to hang straight. Our balcony was nice. We used it mor to view than actually sit. We had a quiet location.  Read entire member review.

Room was nice except right over the lifeboat--have to make sure to check that next time.

An unusual, L-shaped configuration, but comfortable.  Read entire member review.

Well maintained cain, comfortable bed, plenty of closet/drawer space, lots of hot water in bathroom at any time.

We upgraded to this type of room after making the mistake in initially booking a interior stateroom. This stateroom is about the size of an inner city hotel room with a balcony. It was comfortable and it offered privacy from the rest of the ship if you wanted it. It was also great as you could view the scenery from your own room if you wanted to. The walls are a little thin as our neighbour was a television freak until the early hours of the morning.
The interior looked a little tired though and whilst clean and well stocked a little freshen up would not go amiss.
From our point of view the upgrade was well worth it and made our our first cruise pleasurable.

our only real complaint about the stateroom was that there was no way to keep the door to the veranda open, the television didn't get more channels.  Read entire member review.

Room 6631 is in very good phsyical condition. We had no problems with it and we travel a lot.

Information could be posted on where everything was. For instance, I was freezing and finally found extra blankets. Plus, there were some good sized drawers for storage under our bed which I discovered almost too late.  Read entire member review.
Neptune Lounge is a definite plus with a great concierge service. The laundry service is top notch and the cabin is great. Plenty of storage space. Separate makeup area makes getting ready for dinner a real benefit.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was small but nice, clean and had a lot of hidden storage. Not enough outlets for two people to be able to charge devices at the same time though. There was one outlet in the bathroom, and one in the cabin by the small desk. Loved the verandah and can't image cruising without one.

Blackout curtains could have been better. Fortunately I had some spring clips along and was able to keep the curtains clipped together to help block out light, especially as we moved farther north and it was light out later.

Two people trying to move around at the same time could be a challenge, with one having to move between beds or squeeze out of the way for another to pass. Especially if someone was coming out of the bathroom, while another was getting something from the closet. Watch out.

We had four aft cabins on Deck 7 and loved them. The balcony doors were opened the entire time so we could visit and relax together. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room with a smallish sofa, table, and extra storage seat. Our verandah had two wicker sitting chairs and one chaise lounge. There was plenty of hanging closet space and storage for everything we brought. We could easily have stored a few weeks' worth of clothes, shoes, etc. in this cabin. You may think there'd be noise in the back, but inside the cabin it was silent. The sound of the ocean and ship's wake were only heard on the balcony. Loved the bathtub/shower combination too - you won't find that on many other cruise lines in a lower category balcony cabin.

The cabin was starboard side with good storage for clothes, but the upholstered pieces and carpeting are stained and worn. Cabin stewards, Ketut and Endra, generally did a very good job of making up cabin in morning and keeping ice bucket full. Early morning room service orders placed night before for coffee, tea and Danish were always complete and on time.

Cabin 8042 was very spacious with a large bathroom, lots of storage, and a large balcony. The room was very noisy during the day from the Lido deck above - we did not notice it at all at night.  Read entire member review.

Room is comparable to other ships. Balcony is nice because Alaska sites are amazing while cruising. Could use some updating as things are a little run down and outdated. Mostly clean, stateroom host does a great job. Wish they would quit putting chocolates on the bed... do people really eat those?

The balcony next to us smoked and we were under the adult pool deck and could hear them move chairs and tables every morning. Avoid deck 8.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was located on the very back of the ship - interesting view and location. Above us was a deck so we could hear people walking and moving their poolside furniture all day and night long.  Read entire member review.

Our cabin was nice and spacious. I do wish that there was at least one "chest" to place folded items. The closets feature fold down shelves, but that cuts into your hanging space. We had a rear balcony which was excellent; however, it also had a major flaw...each morning and occasionally at night, they hose down the deck above you and your balcony furniture is soaking wet.
The toiletries are spa quality and the full shower was appreciated.

Typically a bit shabby for its age, but not oppressive for a window cabin. Very quiet with the AC providing white noise to conceal all the hallway bumps in the night. For economy book an obstructed view cabin, which isn't all that bad when you consider it saves up to $200 among the other windowed cabins. Verandahs can often be had for about the same price close to sailing dates.  Read entire member review.

Our stateroom was very nice - with a large wrap around verandah.
