Lower level, port window. On the platform level, but far enough away from the center to not hear any noise and close enough to be convenient to drop stuff off at the room. Very quiet. This cabin is at the front of the ship but minimal rocking. Tight quarters as most standard rooms are. Plenty of closet space for 2, big king bed.  Read entire member review.

We have been on three cruises and always opt for the least expensive inside cabin. Of course these cabins are very small, but I do find that they are comfortable and have ample storage space. We also prefer the lower decks in the middle of the ship for less motion. I also find that the lower decks are pretty quiet as well.  Read entire member review.

Our room was on deck three in the front of the ship, on the end of a hallway and the only time you could here noises was when someone was using the crew area to wash and clean room service items or if we were in port and disembarkation was happening at the front of the ship on deck two. Otherwise it was very quiet.  Read entire member review.

The cabin was a place to sleep, shower & Change your clothes. Other than the sleeping part (under the theater or very close to it) which was very noisy on some nights, it did those functions well.  Read entire member review.

The refurbishment of The Serenade includes making the ends of the beds curved. The inside cabins have narrower beds, if you are tall, it is impossible to sleep without having your legs hanging over the end of the bed. Had we known, we would have upgraded. Makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We even separated the beds but that didn't help either. I am 5'4" and slept like a baby but my husband who is 6' did not have one good nights sleep for the entire cruise. If we want an inside cabin again it certainly won't be with RCI.  Read entire member review.
